  9/1/2026 i just passed my Road test!!! I want to thank God first, then every single person at this wonderful school who took their time and patients to help me through this. Linda, Zack, Bill, Joe, scott, Pete, Fernando, Mike 1 & Mike 2. From the bottom of my Heart thankyou. Ive reccomended 3 of my friends already to go to this school these people really do want to Help you succeed.. thank u thank u thank youuuu! Comercial Driver Training is the Best school of Longisand And New york hands down.

  last year i got my B through CDT. I said i’d come back to get my A and I did just that! I can now move forward with many more opportunities opening up for me. Very grateful for all the help I received and the things I’ve learned at CDT. Thanks!

  Best driving school in the area by far, with their pricing and ability to work around your schedule it’s a great choice. All instructors and staff are kind and professional people. They helped me get my class A cdl in no time and gave me the confidence for my road test. Definitely recommend this school if you’re searching around.

  Very good school I learned everything I needed to take on the road, I did the 280 class with the VA Gi Bill, the admin staff is great as well. Would recommend this school. The instructors are great 10/10 BZ

  I had been in IT for over 30 years as a computer programmer. I had gone through layoffs during that time, but at my last job I felt like I had found the company I would retire from. They had other ideas. After almost 13 years, they told me to hit the road. So I did! I enrolled in the CDT Career Training CDL Class A program a few months later. At 64 years old, I was a bit nervous about embarking on this journey, but I was tired of the IT world and needed a new challenge. After my first day of class with Fernando, I knew I had made the right decision. From the office, to the yard, to the road, it was a great experience. It was not easy learning to handle a tractor-trailer, and I was often my own worst enemy. All of the instructors, however, were incredibly encouraging and helped me develop the confidence I needed. Chuck, Pat, Pete, Bill, Darin, Zack and the rest of the instructors are all knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted every student to succeed. I graduated on 6/28/2026 and passed my road test on 7/15/2026. I can't thank everyone at the school enough. Obviously, the training is just a foundation to build on and there is still a long way to go, but starting this process with CDT has given me the confidence that I will succeed on the road!
