  Where do I even start? I drove to Buffalo from Michigan to visit some family and before making the drive I took my car to a mechanic just to see if it was in good shape to get there. The mechanic in Michigan told me I had some issues, but didn't explain them to me in a way that I understood the severity of them. Once I got to Buffalo, I decided to get my tires changed here because one of my tires was fully bald and that's when Omar caught some glaring safety issues that I hadn't noticed before. The ball joints on my front drivers side tire we're so loose he could move my tire with one finger. I was basically one good speed bump away from having my tire fly off. I was stressed beyond belief because I needed to be on the road that night if I wanted to make it back to work on time the next day and a job that should have taken two days, Omar and the team knocked out in a couple hours. I'm also struggling financially right now and could not afford the full cost of the repairs so we came to a compromise. He explained to me the exact minimum repairs I could do to safely make it home and we agreed to settle for that until I could get back to Michigan and do the other repairs myself. Overall wonderful customer service, wonderful mechanic, and great atmosphere there. I cannot express how much I appreciate him taking the time to physically show me what was wrong instead of just scaring me with some technical jargon I wouldn't understand. Thank you Omar pookie <3 If you're reading this I made it back to Detroit in one piece and all my wheels on my vehicle.

  Chuck and his guys were the best ! The crew after was decent as well they were here last week and now they’re gone. The staff is swapped out almost every year , this makes it difficult to keep business relationships going with the long term loyal customers. I’m looking for a new mechanic after 5years simply because of the new staff .. THE SMALL THINGS MATTER ..

  Wish I could give it less than 1 star. I made an appointmentv2 different times for an inspection and both times they were unable to do it without informing me before I came to the shop or when I showed up to the shop it was closed with other people waiting around but no employee was there. Avoid this location if you can

  Omar was great! I thought I had made an appointment online, and I hadn't (oops!) but Omar squeezed me in and made sure my car was safe to drive. He was polite and professional with every customer. I definitely recommend bringing your car to the West Amherst location!

  Extremely overpriced and many of the mechanics don’t have expertise to know what they are doing because after my tire was put on that they told me I had to get. It did not last me for a month afterwards and popped again. Extremely expensive and not the best quality for fixing your car properly. Would only recommend them for emergencies and even then might can get a better deal with someone else
