  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Monro location. My vehicle was there for about four days. I originally authorized roughly $400 in repairs based on what I was told over the phone, including that a corporate discount would be applied and that I would not be charged extra labor for delays and complications during the repair. I was later presented with a much higher bill of around $557. After involving corporate and disputing the charges, the amount was reduced to about $417, and I was told I would also receive a gift card because of how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. After getting my vehicle back, I discovered a new issue with the passenger-side door and locking/latching mechanism that was not present before. I returned to the store, waited for over an hour without getting a clear estimate or explanation, and at times there was nobody at the front desk to communicate with me. When employees inspected the door, they pointed to the child-lock switch even though that did not address the actual locking/latching problem I was reporting. I have photos and video documenting the condition of the vehicle and the interaction. The situation became even worse when I asked for my vehicle back. I have video of employees telling me to call the police, and I ultimately did have to involve law enforcement just to resolve the situation and regain possession of my vehicle. The biggest issue for me was the lack of consistent communication. Different employees and managers gave me different explanations, corporate calls were disconnected, and I felt like I constantly had to fight just to get basic answers about my own vehicle. I am now having the vehicle inspected by another reputable repair shop because I no longer feel comfortable trusting this location with the repair. I would strongly recommend getting every estimate, authorization, discount, and promise in writing before allowing work to begin here. My experience involved billing disputes, repeated delays, a new vehicle issue after service, poor communication, and ultimately police involvement.

  Made an appointment for a car inspection then got there and they said even though I had an appointment, it will still be several hours wait. They said they can’t prioritize appointments and this is a normal occurrence.

  I waited for the oil change. They performed all services. Topped off all fluids, rotated tires, and inflated them. Put in special oil. I had an appointment and the car was taken in within 10 minutes and was done before hour was over. The 9 year old suv sounded great and rode smoothly on full tires. Everything checked out okay.I received a written explanation of services performed. Thank you.

  I needed a state inspection and was getting quoted outrageous prices elsewhere. Ben was extremely accommodating and provided excellent service. I'll definitely be back for any future repairs or maintenance. Highly recommend!

  The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and welcoming. The staff was also very friendly and thorough with my vehicle, and efficient. I didn’t sit around for hours waiting to get my vehicle inspected. I would highly recommend you bring your vehicle here!!!
