  I have gone to Monro Centers for many years now. Their many locations around the Monroe County area can serve me well when I can not get into my primary mechanic shop. We I do get my car serviced I can be confident to receive good reliable service from Monro.

  Extremely helpful and pleasant experience! I am not very knowledgeable about car maintenance, but Ashley took the time and talked me through all the suggested repairs, offered great insight, and recommendations that were easy to understand.

  Adam was awesome in helping me improve the look of my ‘85 Chevy K10. I challenged him with mounting bigger tires than stock recommendations. Came out PERFECT!

  I dropped my vehicle off a day prior so the shop could plenty of time to have new tires installed and I was told that it will be ready by 5pm and that there were only two other vehicles in front of mine. When I got home at 4:30 I called to let them know I was coming up to get my vehicle and was told that it wasn't ready and they hope it will be finished before they closed that day. I was called just before 6:30pm and told that it was ready. It would have been nice to have gotten an update during the day so I could have planned my evening differently. I ended up missing a prior engagement I had planned that evening because I had to wait to pick up my truck. While the job was finished and the tires look good, it wasn't don't in a timely manner. I've used this Monro location numerous times in the past. I was a little disappointed this time .
