  Great experience, Great customer service , was extremely grateful to use them and would recommend to all. Was very nervous as it was first time renting but they made it very easy and comfortable experience.

  Customer Service was excellent. Rates were very reasonable. I’ve never had a problems renting from Enterprise.

  This rental car company is a SCAM! I called up and spoke to an agent (Lauren), provided DL, Credit card etc. Asked to rent a car (2 days), in theory all set. Grabbed and Uber to pick up my rental, in the uber and Enterprise calls me to say we don't have any cars today - what the heck!! Total waste of my time, no one ever calls me back to update me on rental coming in. Never use Enterprise - they tell you one thing and you get nothing!

  Ryan and team have been overly accommodating and remembered me from the last time I needed a rental. It was extremely busy. He still took the time and gave me options if I needed to keep the vehicle or not the team back in March worked very well with my insurance company, and although they were not the ones to provide me the information another team was a while ago, Informed me that you can actually purchase enterprise cars In Henrietta, New York, the enterprise sales team per my recollection is not Commissioned and I got there the doors are opened for me. I’m not pushed. I am asked if someone needs to take care of something. They have someone right away to fill-in. I knew budget what I was looking at whole bunch of things they did not try and over, sell me. It’s a very safe area in my perspective. I had him drive and sat in the backseat and my almost ready to drive teenage Daughter set up Front. She had the technology figured out immediately and my sales gentleman was a little baffled when I wanted to see under the hood and see different components of the vehicle rather than just get right in and how did it drive. We talked about it and we talked about another vehicle comparison 100% same type of Loan and yet I learned with him explaining some things and I went with the first vehicle of choice. It was my daughter who Felt more comfortable and didn’t feel we needed to go out on the street and all the potholes and so the first vehicle was a jeep and learned how jeep provided certain things And how Nissan was very comparable in the vehicles I was looking at. I chose the Nissan not because I’m snobby and have to have the electronic, but I do need and it was easier to have the electronic seat for my back then it was the old-fashioned bar under your knees. The Nissan we just drove on the parking lot. Some of the perks from the jeep were nice and vice versa with the Nissan. I just drove the Nissan around the parking lot a little bit. I did ask him to show me what I would’ve liked if it were within my limits but life changes and it was not therefore as I drove around the parking lot I was actually ready to purchase the vehicle the gentleman and Webster and re-renting, but there were too many quirks just stopped and asked one or two of the other representatives, their thoughts and responses I received again very comparable. I had a look at what perks each one had. I drove off the lot with the Nissan I would not have gone and even considered purchasing a rented car, but the gentleman in the Webster store in March Andrew, Joe, and my buddy Ryan helping me now explained to me the process that is every car is brought back from being rented. It has to go through such an inspection when it hits so many miles they help determine whether or not a vehicle needs to be sold or what needs to be done with it very reassuring leading me to take the rental in my mistake. Sorry Ryan not telling you that I had purchased the vehicle and it was dropped off at a different location than we had talked about back in March Everybody from the Webster enterprise Joe and Ryan primarily in March Ryan wholeheartedly the last week starting 1 September his helped may be in a vehicle that is safe for myself and passengers So first, thanks Joe getting me started back in March Ryan, you rock because as I was trying to figure things out in March, you were just going out to your car noticed a few things Is I will always play around with the brakes and anything that is pertinent to safe driving or could be distracting and you made sure that I’d be OK just like now we talked about things on this rental and you with many things going on for me have made sure I understand what I’m paying working on how those things can be taken care of and keeping me safe in a vehicle and offering options if Still needed I cannot think you Ryan is most of my work has been done with you in the rental side and the company out in Henrietta where the sail team helps me get into a vehicle when I told you what I got he smiled and said I made a good choice Thank you All
