  Had a five star experience with Joe yesterday morning. He was handling multiple customer check-ins at once. He went above & beyond to be sure everyone was comfortable with the car they were renting. He was hustling around the building to offer a full lobby of people the best service possible.

  I felt that enterprise was very professional and timely in the whole process. They also provided a ride for me to the rental and then back to the collision shop when I was ready to pick up my car. Everyone I dealt with at enterprise was very courteous and professional both renting and returning. They also follow up during the rental process to make sure that you are satisfied, and if you are not, they do whatever they can to make sure that you are ; for that reason alone I would highly recommend enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car. You can definitely tell that customer satisfaction is very important to this company.

  The service I received from Sarah Powell at their Empire branch in Webster was a disgrace to how Enterprise does business. I was a customer for 30 years prior to her, and will gladly take my business elsewhere. If I could rate my experiences with her a zero star I would.

  The vehicle I rented was a new vehicle. the staff member came out to go walk around the vehicle to ensure everything was working. it was a fast process, then ask me is this vehicle good for you before we went out. I choose a SUV, I’m completely satisfied what i was driving for 4 days while my vehicle was in the shop. Very clean condition SUV. Nice and smooth ride while driving it. Full tank of gas. Thanks so much. Appreciate you all
