  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise in Webster, and I especially want to thank Joe for going above and beyond. My car had to be taken to a mechanic shop for repairs, and I needed a rental car immediately. Joe made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. He went out of his way to get me into a vehicle as quickly as possible and made sure everything was handled smoothly.

  Employees are disrespectful and dishonest. Advertised Online Prices are misleading. They Quoted me around $700 per week for a sedan . When I came to pick up a car, they offered me some comically small car that looked like it wouldn't even be legal on public roads. I haven't even seen this things driving around.

  I’ve rented cars from other companies and not one has demonstrated the level of customer service that Enterprise did. Sarah, Joe and Ryan were outstanding with their attention and service every step of the way. I won’t rent from any other company because of them!

  I would not recommend ever going here since the front desk employees like to lie and they don’t have any cars available. I had spoken with someone yesterday (Joe or Jason, I can’t remember his exact name) and he told me they did not have any cars available so I could come by today to pickup a car. He asked me what time and I said 4:00PM today and he told me I was all set for then. I get there today and this guy named Ryan at the counter tells me I was supposed to pick up a car at 8:30AM today and I told him I spoke with somebody yesterday and we confirmed for today at 4:00PM. He throws his hands up and says “well it says here you were supposed to come by at 8:30AM and we have no cars available”. I again repeat myself stating I had spoken with somebody yesterday and I was told to come by at 4:00PM to pickup my car. He then asks me the name of the guy and I tell him I’m pretty sure it was Joe? Now mind you there was a woman who was standing behind me and she was also listening to what was going on. Ryan then says “Oh Joe got promoted weeks ago and has not been here for a while”. That’s when the woman behind me pipes up and said he was just here last week and had helped her out. I don’t appreciate being lied to or trying to be played. I reported Ryan to their corporate manager for this and I will never come back to this location again. This is the second consecutive day where I was told they don’t have any cars available. Just be upfront with people and tell the truth. No need to makeup lies and stories to try and save face.
