  I recently rented a car from the Webster location, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Joseph. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle so I felt completely comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and his warm, charismatic attitude truly made my day.
