The auto parts store in my area, the person behind the counter was rude and dismissed me saying ‘they were out of stock’. The young lady here in the Webster store was friendly, accommodating and very helpful not once but twice. She apologized for the person in the other stores rudeness. She made sure I had what I needed to fix my tail light. Thank you so much and I will be returning.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
