  Absolutely love Va l v o l i n e and all the employees that work there Very professional and they took care of all of my needs I needed oil done I needed a new light I needed a new battery and I needed a new air filter got everything done at a fair price and it didn't even take that long

  I was disappointed with my experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The staff was not accommodating to me as the spouse of an active-duty military member, despite my explaining my situation. Instead of trying to help or offering alternatives, the interaction felt rude and argumentative. I expected professional and respectful customer service, but the way I was spoken to made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I hope the team receives additional customer service training so future customers are treated with more courtesy and respect.
