  During check in the team member offered me 2 different oil types. I chose the less expensive. When i pulled in the computer didn’t have my info and they had to fill it out again. after the job was done my receipt said i was charged for the most expensive fully synthetic . After questioning i was told my vehicle only takes the more expensive one. Then as I’m pulling out I’m stopped by a team member because she noticed the engine splash cover was left off. I was asked to pull out and someone would put it back on in the parking lot. The line was 5 cars deep to get back in the garage. He couldn’t get it because my vehicle is close to the ground. After 15min of turning around and moving back and forth over a drain in the parking lot, he finally got it. I was there over 1hr 15min. There were 2 cars in front of me when i pulled in.

  They lie cheat and steal there!!! I will never again give them my business!!!! They told me I need brakes rotors and calipers thinking I’m a stupid girl who would let them “change” them for a ridiculous cost…so I ordered all the parts off eBay, had someone go to change them and all of them on all 4 tires were all brand new!!! Thank god I didn’t have them do the work for something that wasn’t even wrong!!! They should be shut down!!!
