  Sorry but I was in for a4 wheel alignment and got a 2 wheel and was told it would be off little and steering wheel would not be right and got charged 145$ and nowit is worse than before the guy said can't do the back because I can't get out the boltsout and still got charged full price

  I was overcharged avg cost of hangers from mfg not universal is 30-50$ a piece I was charged $165 a piece . When asked I was told they charge what the computer tells them . I will not be returning I've wrote a letter of complaint and if I do not hear back in a timely manner I will be contacting the attorney general . I understand some mark up but over 200% is a bit much

  Do not take your vehicle here for inspection if you are a woman; they will fail you and give you a list of things they say need fixing to get you passed. I took the list of “everything" that needs to be fixed in their eyes, went to a different shop that same day, and passed with no problems.Do not take your car here they are nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Disgusting

  They broke my sones car lug nut lock which is hardened steel, probably with a pneumatic wrench in April 2026. Now it’s June 20. They say they have tried to remove the bolt and have given up. The car still has its snow tires on and Monro are washing their hands of fixing the problem they caused. No compensation nor interest in getting the wheel off.now have started to get paperwork going for a small claims court proceeding. Terrible, mechanics, and customer service. By the way, I always check and use a torque wrench on my son’s wheels at 110 ft/ lbs. never overtightened, and as per manufacturer spec. 0/10 stars. Avoid this tires shop.   My initial inquiry was to replace the front brakes because the car was making a loud noise and I knew it was brakes and rotors. I also stated I had a very limited timeline and asked how soon can it be done and do you have the parts? The service manager stated we can get you in in the next 10-15 minutes and yes, we have the parts. It was apparent at that time, the manager was the only person working, there was no mechanic on the job yet. I waited patiently in the waiting room. Approximately 35 minutes later, my car was in the lift with all four tires off. I continued to wait another 30-40 minutes and finally went into the garage and inquired about the estimate I was told I would get before the car went in the lift. The mechanic acted surprised that I had not been given an estimate and wanted to show me a few things. He then told me all the brakes and rotors needed replacing, he would top off my coolant, because it was a little low, and my air filter was dirty and her could put in a new one and I would get better gas mileage. I shared with him, I just had a LOF two weeks ago- the coolant and air filter were fine. 20 minutes after this conversation, the manager gave me an estimate of $2100 to replace both brakes and rotors in both axles. I stated just the front ones are fine and I am on a very tight timeline. He went back to the shop and related this to the mechanic. I sat and watched them deliver the wrong , work on other vehicles and mill around the garage- not ticking me car. I went back into the shop and stated, “my brother just passed and I NEED to leave to take care of some business in Syracuse”. I then asked them to put the wheels back on- I will take care of this another time- I NEED to go. I was then informed the brake pads broke apart when taking them off and the calipers couldn’t be removed- I would need new ones. Fast forward- this 4+ hour ordeal cost me $2182, (front axel only) and I now have a rattle under my car that I need to get taken care of. They saw a female coming and took advantage- they did not respect my request or my time, and they were highly inefficient in repairing the brakes. I do not recommend this Monroe service to anyone unless you own a horse.
