  In my experience they overbook cars and later are calling everyone saying there’s no cars available. Basically wasting peoples time, don’t offer what you don’t have. Should be an option that let you freeze bookings. Get to the place to get my reservation and they don’t have vehicles available until 4pm, if I made the reservation for 8am is because I needed at that time, after cancelling the reservation because there was anything they could do heard like 3 more calls having the same issue. Definitely overbooks. Nothing wrong with the people they weren’t rude, but is you don’t manage correctly your systems it will lead you to have a poor customer service and make you look bad.

  I had a really great experience at Enterprise at this location and wanted to give a shoutout to Alicia Stewart and Sabrina for all their help. I was dealing with some car trouble, Alicia went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and Sabrina was just as helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. They both made sure I left happy and treated me with kindness and respect from start to finish. It’s not every day you come across people who genuinely care about helping customers, and that really stood out to me. Thank you, Alicia and Sabrina, for taking care of me I really appreciate both of you Enterprise is lucky to have you both on their team.12/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  To be perfectly honest with you, the vehicle was great, but what made it even better was a service I received from the Team at the Watertown location. They’ve always been professional, helpful, upbeat, and fun. I rented many times from this location and the staff that is on duty right now at that location is top-notch. They all get along very well with each other and they were fun. The vehicle is always cleaned, and I harassed him about finding a small bit of tater chips in the very very back of that van from obviously the family that rented it prior to. It’s so nice to see them. Appreciate someone taking the time to clean it out filling the tank, vacuum, vacuuming, the carpets and sanitizing the interior of the car. It’s just a little something I’ve always done. I receive it that way and it should be handed back that way. Thank you for providing such a good service.
