  Waited over a hour and 15 minutes just for a simple NYS inspection. If understaffed or something just say that when scheduling appointments....first and last time going.....not happy with them.

  The service at Waterloo Monro Muffler and Brakes is impeccable. The guys and very honest and do their best. I will keep coming back for all my cars needs

  This place is a joke the workers let thier friends pull their cars in and work on them but are quick to cancel something small as an inspection.I literally had a mutual friend of the mechanic who let him do his own car but then canceled my inspection appointment cause they were to busy.Needs a management overhaul for sure

  I took my Ford to Monro Auto Service in Geneva. I was told that I needed 3 out of 4 tie-rods replaced for over $500 before a front end alignment could be completed. I took my vehicle to another garage for a second opinion and was told that my tie-rods were fine and did not need replacement before a alignment could be completed. He noted that I DID have a broken spring that was "very visible". I believe the mechanic was either incompetent or intentionally misrepresenting the work required.
