  I made an appointment for 12:00pm. I brought my car in at 11:55. I went across the street and came back at 12:30. They still didn't touch my car and I walked into the waiting area. Two of the employees were having a conversation. Neither said a word to me. About ten minutes go by and I see my keys on the counter so I grab them and tell them I am leaving. I don't have time to sit and wait. One of the guys said do you want to schedule an appointment for tomorrow! I'm like no. I already had an appointments scheduled that I showed up to. So I went to the Moble Lube Express place which is basically next door. He got me in and out within ten minutes. I would never go to Monroe ever again.

  I had gotten a flat tire on I-90. Reached out to my AAA and they got me to the interstate highway safety people. The driver Recommended to me to go to the monroe tire service in Waterloo, NY. The guys were fantastic, they set me up with a new tire and had me on the road again in less than an hour.
