Had tires mounted, balanced and and alignment performed. They could not do the alignment without replacing the tire rods. Paid for new tie rods so they could do the alignment. The new tires were destroyed in less then 9 months. Took the car to another shop that said the alignment was not correctly performed by Mavis Tire. The rear tires still look brand new.

Been here a few times throughout the years and always have a good experience. Frank and Andre clearly work hard, and show up with a smile. This round, they discovered a crack in the rim, provided me with information, put on the spare, loaded my tire in the trunk, and sent me on my way until we figure out next steps. You don't find that kind of service anymore. Very appreciated!

I usually go to Costco for tires but this go around I waited until the last second. Even though my tires had to be ordered they managed to get me in within 2 days. I dropped off my car before they opened and they called me when they started working on it and when it was ready for pickup about 2 hours later. They made the whole experience incredibly smooth and easy. Great set of guys all with a super positive attitude. Will definitely be going here from now on.

A year ago I was up-sold on tires when I was here, and now I already might need new tires.
I was up-sold on the 100,000 mile tires that were more expensive. I had just gotten an alignment done too, so I asked if we needed a new alignment now. They said they could just check it with the computer.
My gas mileage was immediately 10mpg less than before and I had a lot of road noise. Figured it was just from the "better material" they said the tires had.
A year and 10,000 miles later, I've got a crazy feathering on the inside of all of my tires causing what sounds like a wheel bearing issue but it's the tires. Mavis said they won't cover it under their warranty, even though I had proof of tire rotations.
Looking to get a new alignment at a new shop, and maybe new tires unless I want to just deal with the road noise and less mpg

I’ve been coming to this Mavis for years, and I’ve always had a good experience. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about the quality of the work they’ve done on my car, and I always leave feeling like my car is safe and taken care of.
One thing I’ve always really appreciated about this location is that the staff is willing to explain what is going on with my car. In the past, I’ve had employees bring me back and actually show me what they found, explain what needed to be fixed, and show me how they were addressing the problem. That means a lot to me because I want to understand what I’m paying for and, more importantly, know that my car is being properly taken care of.
During my most recent visit, I especially want to recognize Dominic. He was very helpful, especially when it came to working with me on the price. As a single mom, having someone willing to listen to my situation and work with me as much as possible on the cost makes a huge difference. Car repairs can be stressful when you’re trying to stay within a budget, so I really appreciated Dominic taking the time to help me.
I also want to mention Frank, who was very helpful and professional as well. Both Dominic and Frank are newer, but they made a great impression on me. It’s nice to see new employees continuing the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from this location.
I also appreciate that they’re always willing to ask if there’s anything else I need help with instead of just doing the basic repair and sending me on my way. I’ve been coming here for years because I trust the work they do, I feel safe driving my car afterward, and I know they genuinely try to help their customers.
Thank you to Dominic and Frank, and to the whole Mavis team, for continuing to provide great service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
