- JCJamie Cutburth3 days ago1.0I waited in line for 45 minutes in the 100 degree weather before they told me they didn’t have the oil filter for my car. Something they could have determined before I waited for so long. When I asked the manager about it he said, that’s not how we do it. They did tell me that I needed a $399 air conditioner flush that my dealer had just said was fine. Needless to say I won’t be back.

We will be back for our other cars.

- DDDotJun 5, 20261.0Had a 3pm appointment for my inspection. I get there and the Valvoline guy looks around and then tells me he can’t do it because the machine happens to be down right now. No one called to tell me. What was the point of making an appointment? Then he tells me he can’t do it until next week because he’s not sure when the system will come back up. When I said next week was too late he says come back Sunday. They just didn’t want to do it. If that’s the case there’s no need for appointments. Lied right to my face.
