What a great place Dalia and her staff are amazing, the place is very clean. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and willing to help you get your Car/truck right. Super fast service. I shopped around and not all mavis are created equal, this one went beyond me expectations. The waiting area is nice and they have wifi while you wait. I got the works 4 new tires balanced wheel allingment, I even got a tires they didnt have in stock!!! Within an hour they had the tires ready to go... SAME DAY Nuts... what an amazing service. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you staff for all your hard work my truck is a Beast Agian. I did not expect this service since I always go to pro shops for all my tire needs. Am a believer now.

While some reviews may beg to differ, I couldn’t be more disappointed by the lack of quality service and customer care from this specific location. They force you to make an appointment for an inspection, fine. Dropped a vehicle off for my 9am appointment. I was informed upon my arrival that the staff had not finished their work from the night before, so it would be “a bit of a wait”. I didn’t leave until 11:30am. On a Sunday. I drive a brand new car, the inspection should have taken no more than 30 minutes. But the cherry on top was when I received a call the next day on Monday, at exactly 6:00pm from Chris in the office, who informed me that the staff also conveniently forgot to put the key for my tires back in my glovebox, where they got it from. Since they were already closed, he let me know that he would be leaving my property outside for me. And that he did. Don’t waste your time here.
