I can’t say enough good things about the team at Mavis on Old Post Road. I originally came in for a simple oil change, and when they offered a tire rotation, I figured, “Why not?” I’m so glad I said yes.
During the inspection, they found several serious issues that I wasn’t aware of, including stripped lug nuts from a previous theft attempt, warped brake rotors, worn brake pads, and even rust that made some of the repairs more challenging. They were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything they found, keeping me informed every step of the way.
Dalia went above and beyond. She was kind, professional, honest, and genuinely cared about my safety. I had driven up from Brooklyn to visit family, and once they realized how unsafe my brakes were for the drive home, they worked hard to make sure my car was repaired before the end of the day. They spent hours working through unexpected complications, but Dalia kept me updated and did everything she could to keep the repairs as affordable as possible while making sure my car was safe to drive.
Alyssa was also wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience much less stressful. It’s clear that customer service is important to this team.
I left feeling confident that my car was safe, and I truly appreciated the honesty, compassion, and dedication everyone showed. Finding a repair shop you can trust isn’t easy, but this location has definitely earned mine. Thank you, Dalia, Alyssa, and the entire team for taking such great care of both me and my car!

I needed to get winter tires swapped out for regular tires. After a couple of foul ups, in the past couple of visits, that were very time consuming (and aggravating) for me, Dalia was able to get things straightened out and made sure everything was done correctly. Thank you very much
