Dalia was professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the process. The technicians examined my wheel and discovered that the TPMS sensor was completely missing.
Despite the original installation having been performed elsewhere, Dalia and her team took my concerns seriously and ultimately resolved the issue.

Very disappointed - took my Jeep, all checked in, waited 30mins and then Craig pops up and says ‘we can’t do Jeeps’ - just got told to ‘go find somewhere else !’ No help, nothing - abysmal customer service. Maybe tell me that when I check in ? Wont got to Mavis again.
