If I could give you guys a zero I would. My wife had a very disappointing and distasteful experience here. I urge everyone to find an alternate shop. She needed her inspection done so I called in an appointment for her. They called her explaining they had one person there working on the inspections and it could take two hours. She drops her car off at 12:30 for a 1 o’clock appointment, hands off the keys, and goes about her day. It’s 5 o'clock now and we’ve heard nothing. She calls and miraculously they’re working on her car, but the man at the front needs to check in with the technician because there’s ‘concerns’. The call disconnects and eventually they call back. I already figured they were going to try and upsell her on everything. A whole slew of flaming hot garbage came from his mouth about how her front breaks were bad, her windshield wipers bad, shock rusted and etc. As he was rambling, she asked, “so did my fail inspection?” Yep. Don’t worry though, he said they can do the repairs… at an exorbitant price. She told them no, and we went together to pick it up. On paper they put the failure down as her front breaks and windshield wipers. Both looked fine. The next day, she took it to another shop who were BAFFLED Mavis failed her. They also pointed out on the paper Mavis added mileage to her car. Unfortunately, this company or at least location is not surpassing the scammy reputation they have. The men here are extremely unprofessional and quite frankly misogynistic. So once again, I urge everyone, especially women, to avoid this location and the company as a whole.
Instead of replying to this with your customer service number, retrain your staff on how to treat your customers fairly and with dignity.

Chris is fantastic—ask for him. He and the mechanics genuinely helped me repair my car and get back on the road. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and he clearly explained the costs of the parts needed. The time and effort spent fixing my car were excellent.
