  This place is a joke. The new manager Cassidy and Area manager make excuses instead of solutions. What a waste of time

  Booked a vehicle 24 hours in advance get a rental. I Get a call at 6:50pm saying my rental is not able to be honor because they can’t “spawn” vehicles. No effort on trying to problem solve or find a solution just excuses. Cassidy the new manager should go back to training.

  Enterprise makes it so easy. Walk in papers all prepared and in 15 minutes or less I was on my way. Cassidy even turned the cat on and cooled it down on this 95 degree day so I wouldn't have to get into a very hot car. Professional and courteous.

  The rental vehicle provided was not comparable to the vehicle being replaced. The replacement vehicle had a significantly lower seating position, making entry and exit more difficult and less comfortable than the original vehicle. A better approach would be to consider vehicle type and accessibility when assigning rentals. When a comparable vehicle is unavailable, Enterprise should consider providing a courtesy upgrade rather than a downgrade, especially when the assigned vehicle may create comfort or accessibility issues. In addition, after an exchange to a more comparable vehicle was approved, no vehicle was immediately available. Better coordination and inventory management would help prevent situations where customers are told a replacement has been approved but must continue using a vehicle that has already been determined to be unsuitable. Overall, the staff was courteous, but there is room for improvement in providing comparable replacement vehicles and in coordinating approved vehicle exchanges.
