  UPDATE....DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! You call number tell your story nothing happens. Read the reviews on Google they do this a lot. I went to a quality shop and passed and they checked all my brakes as a courtesy after told them what happened. All brake pads were measured and passed. Worst shop ever been to. I was there for a inspection i was told my brake were a little worn . Told him no problem i will get it done soon. Not once did anyone say bring back car once brakes are fixed. He then finished up another guy drove up car. Never once said i failed , took my money gave me paperwork and let me leave. When i called he said you can come back tomorrow and pay again. If they can't get you for more money they fail you and then don't say anything and charge you anyway. BEWARE!!!!!! Nothing but thieves. A waste of a hour and a half.

  Please do not waste your time here. This is a business that does not honor their commitments. My 7:30am appointment wasn't honored because of pure lack of customer service or accommodation. If you want to work with people that make their problems yours go right ahead. I made an appointment on Friday afternoon to come in on the following Monday 7:30am to check my brakes. I get both an email and a text messege confirming my appointment. I show up at 7:30am Monday morning and the door is locked. An associate walks over and 7:33 and unlocks the door. I say to the person good morning I am here for a brake inspection. The attendant says to me well you can drop it off I got appointments ahead of you. I say no I have an appointment for 7:30 for brake inspection and I made it to wait, not pick up. I made this appointment early morning and based my day off of it. The attendant says well the guy, someone else, doesn't even start till 8pm. You made the appointment with some off site website. I ask how is that my fault? I went to the Monroe website, your website, and I made an appointment. He said well I couldn't call you. I can fit you in at 10:30am. Instead of bothering to answer I left. I make an appointment and this person cannot see me for 2.5 hours later? If you want to waste your time on a business like this be my guest. If you want a commitment to do right by a customer avoid at all cost.
