  Pretty knowledgeable and straight forward people. They don't try and sell you 8 things, when you only need 1. The prices are fairly reasonable for the area (nothing is cheap anymore). Make an appointment, as it's a lot easier with them giving you your car, more quickly.

  The old management is gone. A few months back was my first time with new management I came in for an inspection and was told I need a brakes replaced or it will not pass inspection. I was surprised as he said it was too unsafe to drive. I had no indication driving the car that this was the case. But I agreed. Car had 52k miles. Seemed reasonable. The atritude was such that it was a huge job to have to do on the spot, but as a favor to me they would do it. I also had to give up 3 hours unplanned and wait for it. Not fun for anybody! The second time I came for oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted with that I was supposed to be there earlier. I advised the app said to drop off between 0730 and 1100. There was no firm drop off time. Again, I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor taking care of my car on an over booked day and he was short one mechanic. They did find dirty cabin and engine filters and upsold me on the one they had in stock. What he showed me was very dirty. But I just didnt have a good feeling with the front end person Dan. Im sad to say I am not trusting any of his findings anymore. I wont be back.

  Had an oil change, tire rotation and filter change. Guys in the shop are always pleasant and keep me looped in throughout the process. They've been servicing my vehicles for over 20 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job.

  I was traveling in the area on Saturday afternoon and unexpectedly had an issue with my car. I was worried about driving all the way back to Brooklyn and so looked for a place open and close - came across Monro. I'm so happy I did. They took my car in immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to fix it. And the cost was so reasonable! Thanks for the great service!
