  I highly recommend Safelight. I had a service tech come to my home to repair my damaged windshield. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and very polite. The entire process was very convenient and I’m very happy with the results!

  Super easy to deal with. Just went to website and scheduled the appointment, didn’t even need to contact my insurance provider they handled it all. Thomas the windshield installer kept me posted of his location the day of the installation so I had a good idea of when he would be arriving. I can’t say enough good about the professional installer, very pleasant to deal with and a great representative of the company. Hard working guy did the whole replacement and was gone in 43 minutes. 5 STARS

  We had Safelite replace our windshield at the shop location in Walworth, New York. It is a convenient location and windshield was professionally installed. We were unable to have a mobile service done because the vans were out of commission. But we were able to go to the Safelite location and had windshield installed. The staff is easy to communicate with and are helpful. Thanks again.

  I would like to share my experience with my windshield replacement because the entire process was extremely frustrating and took more than two months to complete. My first appointment ended unsuccessfully because the windshield that was installed was the wrong model, so the recalibration could not be completed. At the second appointment, I was very disappointed to find that the exact same incorrect windshield had been ordered again, resulting in another failed installation. For the third appointment, the same mistake happened once more. The incorrect windshield had been ordered again, causing yet another unnecessary delay. At the fourth appointment, the correct windshield had finally been ordered. However, the technicians discovered that the required accessories and mounting components had not been ordered, so the installation still could not be completed. Only after scheduling a fifth appointment was the windshield finally installed successfully. This entire process took more than two months and required five separate appointments. I had to repeatedly rearrange my schedule, spend time traveling to appointments, and deal with significant inconvenience and frustration due to mistakes that were entirely avoidable. I understand that occasional errors can happen, but having the same mistake repeated multiple times and then encountering another preventable issue with missing parts falls well below the level of service I expected.
