- S_Stephy _May 12, 20265.0I can see why now this Mavis has such high ratings. The kindness I experience was truly awesome. My car basically died on me and I had to have to towed to this location. JP was super kind when I dropped off the car as he probably saw I was freaking out a bit. He gave me a run down of what they would try to do to figure out what was wrong with my and I left feeling calm. Dillon called me the next day and explained what was going on with my car. I asked him to explain to me in layman’s terms which he proceeded to do in a very kind manner. Dealing with car troubles is never fun but when you’re dealing with kind people it helps alleviates the stress! Thank you both again!

He provided an estimate and then walked me out to the vehicle and went though what was needed and expalined why....very knowledgeable. What he also did was prioritize his findings and didn't use a scare tactic to pressure me to move forward with everything today. Great shop...great staff too!

They switched the tire out on her machine within 2 minutes with her spare tire and didn’t even charge her. Excellent staff excellent service. Highly recommend.

Mavis charged him $65 for one plug (they couldn't find the other nail), lost his valve stem cap and it took an hour and a half. He found the other nail and went to Rapid Tire today. They fixed it for $21, it took 15 mins and they gave him a new valve stem cap. Sorry Mavis, we won't be coming back.

Got there at opening took an hour and a half and I was told the couldn't find a nail in one tire and charged me $65 for a plug in the 2nd tire. Two days later went to a different tire shop plugged the tire they couldn't find the nail in and I was out of there in 15 min. $21. Stay clear of this shop. Rapid tire on 17 much better place.
