- TDTony DAug 21, 20261.0Brought my vehicle in for brakes - they informed me the front were worse than the rear so I asked them to just do the front. I dropped the car off on a Sunday (8/1) and was told they would get it done Monday - they didn’t get to it Monday because the parts didn’t show up. I was able to pick it up Tuesday and they spent five minutes searching for the key which they misplaced. Now a few weeks later my car is at a different shop who informed me that Mr. Tire actually replaced the rear brakes. I called and they’re claiming their records indicate they did the rear. I specifically agreed to the front over the phone with the girl who helped me. Their printer was magically not working the day I picked it up so that info was missing of course. I would never agree to just have the rear without the front. They made zero effort on the phone to rectify the situation as well. Now I’m screwed because my proof is only verbal over the phone with them and I have screenshots to family a couple days before where I mentioned I’m dropping the car off for FRONT brakes.

They had just started to finish up and we had gotten word that they accidentally put a bolt into the cars radiator. We had to sit there an extra 3 hours for them to fix that.
