  Savannah was fantastic! She took our boat trailer tire off for us and mounted a new tire on the rim. She checked the lug nuts and tire pressure on the other tire that we didn’t buy from her but just to check that the tires would wear the same. Excellent service.

  Originally scheduled online. But knowing how this goes I called the shop to confirm appointment. They stated” nope we are all booked up for today and we don’t even have those tires in the shop”. I booked for the next day and picked out the tires. Shop stated 1-1.5 hours to change the two front tires but it was over two hours. Quality of service was good though. Shop 4/5 stars, online 1/5 stars.

  Very unprofessional, lack of communication,I left them a set of four car tires that needed new tpms sensors installed that I supplied. After three days of no phone call I call to check on them and the manager said he was unaware that they were even there so I came down there and picked up my tires and took them to Mavis tire and had them done that day within a half hour. I am very disappointed in Mr tire and will never go there for anything ever again. And further more don't even deserve the one star that is required to even post a review

  I was very satisfied with my service the people at the Canandaigua location went above and beyond and even showed me exactly where my issue was stemming from so I could repair it and then directed me over to victor and got my car inspected for me the same day , great people , great service highly recommend

  The best-best-best! I don’t speak “car,” and I get really nervous about anything related to maintaining or servicing my Bronco Sport. When I discovered I had a nail in one of my tires, I nearly melted down. Savannah was truly a godsend. Not only was she one of the most compassionate and patient humans I’ve ever encountered, but she’s also brilliant when it comes to all things car-related. She went above and beyond to check out my vehicle and make sure I was safe for a long trip home to visit my parents. Oh, and I was in and out of there in no time flat. The price was more than reasonable, too. I’ve since moved from Victor to Penfield, but I’ll be taking my Bronco Sport back to Savannah without hesitation.
