  1st time ever going here. Routine maintenance, 10.min after I left engine light comes on. These people will rip you off.

  Workers were kind, but I was waiting for over 3 hours for an oil change and new tires even though I had an appointment. No one communicated how long I would be waiting until I asked at 2 hours and then they underestimated. May have been a fluke but I won’t go back.

  had gotten my inspection done with them last time and made an appointment two days ago to get it done today as well as an oil change, i get there on time and im told that its gonna be over an hour wait because he had two guys go home sick. he then asks if i can reschedule for another day and i told him i cant. how does it go from an hour to another day ??? went right down to advent auto to schedule with them instead.

  Very disappointing experience. I waited 5 days just to have my brake pads replaced. During the process, I was told that I also needed to have my calipers replaced, which according to 2 other mechanics who looked at the vehicle said they where in great condition. I felt like I was being pressured into paying for additional work. Then, on the fifth day, I was told that they couldn’t find the brake pads I had left for them. What made this even more frustrating was that the pads were actually sitting right on the floor in the front passenger area, in plain view. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed that my front passenger seat had been stained. Since the vehicle was supposed to be in their care, this was extremely disappointing and raised concerns for me about how my car was handled while it was there. Overall, the 5-day wait, the attempted upselling, the failure to locate the parts that were clearly in the vehicle, and the condition of my passenger seat made this a very poor experience.

  Manager Savannah and employee Zach are amazing kind understanding individuals. I was paying via an app and my payment didn’t go through I explained my situation and said I could pay later that day. They still worked on my car and allowed me to pay later. I am new there and they had trust in me. I was so emotionally happy. There are kid people out there. Within a hour I came back and paid. I thanked them for trusting me. Hugs to them. Oh the service they did 100 Out of 10. I will def go back. I am now a lifer. Thank you guys!! 🫶
