  We had some strange noises coming from our truck while driving on the highway. Being 6 hours from our destination, not being from around here, and having our young daughter with us, we were desperate to get it checked out asap. They got us in first thing the next morning, checked it over, and got us back on our way. Mike was so kind to us and we appreciate his help so much. If we're ever in the area again and need anything, we'd definitely go back!

  Big shoutout to Chodie and the techs working hard on a Sunday in Victor, NY. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service about a tire issue. Promptly addressed the issue at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them. Thank you!

  The manager Michael is phenomenal and greets everyone kindly and is highly knowledgeable in the industry. He keeps customers informed handles a very busy communication center and makes every customer feel like they count. Including his amazing crew I highly recommend this location and it would be the only place I would take my car I fully trust in their recommendations

  Mike and his team are nothing less than awesome. Honest upfront and nothing hidden . Brought my car in because I thought it needed a wheel bearing. Mike called me back and said the noise you’re hearing is from your choppy tires. You don’t need to anything if you don’t mind the noise. He priced me out good tires not the most expensive. Fast forward. Mike sold me what exactly what I needed for a smooth ride. This is the best my car is ridden in years and it was very reasonable. This staff is honest, personable and they only tell you what you need to fix your car problem. They are simply awesome’n thanks Monro, Mike, the team and Big Nick!

  Got a screw in our tire after hours. Went online and scheduled the first appointment of the day. When we arrived they said we had to leave the car all day and pick it up at closing and they would "work us in". When we let them know we scheduled an appointment online they said it doesn't matter-- they don't follow that. Completely unprofessional to offer online appointments but not follow them. We did NOT use them because we're traveling and don't have a whole day to sit around. Do not go here unless you have nothing else planned and don't care that they don't honor appointments or respect your time.
