- BCBrittany Cornell5 days ago1.0If I could give ZERO stars I would. My appointment was scheduled for in between 8am and 11am on Wednesday, May 13. Three phone calls to them later, and they tell me that NOW it's 8am-1pm. The technician finally shows up at 1:45pm. Customer service was very disrespectful and Ricardo in the Shop was VERY disrespectful. 0/10 DON'T recommend!
- SSsydney seymour6 days ago1.0I had an 11 am appointment, I arrived at 10:45 am was told they’d inform the workers of my arrival, so I took a seat and started my wait. At 11:40 am they finally brought my car around to the back of the building. I was told the appointment would only be 2 hours… at 1:03 pm I FINALLY got a notification that they started the replacement service on my car. It’s now been 2 hours and there hasn’t been an update on what’s going on with my car. I am not impressed with the lack of care for other people’s day.
