  Drove a car down from Syracuse and tried to make a reservation to take car back the following week the staff said they could not book a reservation in store and asked me to do it online. When I tried to make reservation online everything was sold out and when I went back in they still were unable to help me in person.makes no sense that every car was sold out when I just drove a car from Syracuse and dropped off that same day

  This place is absolutely horrible. Rented a car, went to pick it up, they didn’t have one. Did nothing to help. Called corporate and they didn’t even call back. They said I could wait till someone returned the car I rented. So I waited. One pulled in and I went in to ask and he said he was calling someone else to come get it already, even though he knew I was there waiting. Never told me someone was ahead of me, never called to give me a head up the car wasn’t available and so by the time I found out it was too late to rent from anywhere else. No one else had what we needed. Absolutely terrible customer service. Workers were rude and not helpful. While we were there, at least 5 other people tried to get their rentals and were met with the same issues I was. Absolutely insane.

  Enterprise Binghamton deserves recognition. Customer care didn’t resolve my rental issue after my deer collision, but Jared and his manager stepped in and fixed everything. They waived the $12/day premium and confirmed my full 30‑day rental period after I returned the vehicle in Milford, MA. They handled what customer care couldn’t, and I appreciate their professionalism and support.

  Back in March I reserved a minivan for a 6 passenger vacation for 10 days starting July 17. I was informed on the 16th that no minivans were available - I called as soon as I could at 8am on the 17th and Spencer answered and informed me that he "had done what he could" to look for minivans or 3rd row SUV and he had no options. Furious, remember that I booked this in MARCH, I called customer service which then, after some back and forth led me to Athens, PA which had a minivan and honored my March reservation. I will NEVER trust vestal enterprise again for something that they clearly had ample time (again, since March) to be sure they had something for me. Don't say you weren't warned about this location.

  My wife and I booked a van months in advance to use for two weeks. They called the day before pickup that there are no vans available because they were selling their fleet off to some dealerships. This is extremely poor management to last minute cancel on us when presumably they knew they wouldn’t have any vans due to sell off. We needed a van specifically and they didn’t offer us any other solutions. On top of that, both my wife and I talked to two separate employees, Jared and Spencer, over the phone and both were very rude. One of them told me they had 25 vans booked out of their location the day we were scheduled to pick up our van. Rude and poorly managed location. Would not recommend.
