  It was a great. I didn't have a credit card enough on it. I was from out of town but my house was still here and my bank was still here so she let me use my bank card so I could rent a car.

  Hyundai Kona from florida. Tires all 4 had 15 lbs more air pressure than sticker on door jam. 3/4 tank. Made vehicle feel bumpy, even a little unsafe. Big stain on drivers side seat. Car did work well during rental period, so ok for that.

  I had an amazing experience with the manager and staff at Enterprise. My car unexpectedly needed to go to the mechanic the day before my scheduled pickup, and I was really stressed—but they stepped in right away and got me into a vehicle exactly when I needed it. The entire team was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. They made a stressful situation so much easier and went above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate their customer service and would highly recommend this location!

  Nice and clean place fast service from reserve to pick up was less than one hour. That’s not easy to get anywhere else.

  Just don’t go there! I rented out of West Haven, CT on my way to Binghamton, NY. On the way there the car was handling horribly on the highway with the wind and the New York roads. I called on my way there to see if they have ANY other car and the person that answered was very cold and not helpful at all. He did not even offer to put me on a waiting list; instead, he just kept saying we have no cars. I rented from other locations before and what they do is offer to put you on a waiting list for anything that comes up. When I reached my destination, I called again and this time I spoke to someone who was much better at customer service. He offered me to come in to swap the car for me; which I was very grateful for and relieved. Next morning, when I got there, I spoke to a lady who was empathetic at first and said that they would look for a replacement car for me. After finding out that I rented from a different location, they started talking in private and the tone completely changed. There were not willing to help anymore. I could tell by the answers they were giving me that they just wanted to close the conversation. When I requested to be added to a waiting list, I was given a business card and told I could call back later. Later that day, I sent an email to the person who assisted me to plead my case about how I DID NOT FEEL SAFE driving back for 4 hours in that car that I had and her response was: we already told you we do not have any cars! Are you serious? So why did you give me your business card just to get me out of the store???
