  I had a detail done here, and when I dropped the vehicle off at 10 a.m., I was told, "It's not busy, so your vehicle will be ready around 1 p.m." I didn't get a call to tell me the detail was completed but drove by to check the status only to see they were no where near finished. I called around 4 p.m. for them to tell me I'd have to pick the vehicle up the following day. I called out of work to get this done because they don't offer detail services on the weekends so that wasn't an option. That's not the worst part. I told the representative on the phone that I needed my vehicle back, so they managed to complete the detail. When I got there to pick up my vehicle at 5 p.m., as I checked the inside, there were crumbs in the passenger seat. The rear passenger side and rear driver's seat still had stains on the carpet. The trunk had crumbs, and the manager/owner stated, "The worker never picked up the rear seats." For me to get a full detail and have all my personal belongings put into a trash bag, how could they miss dirt all through the vehicle? After all of that, I still had to wipe down the imperfections and overspray. The owner admitted fault and offered a discount on a future service but given the experience, it's not an option I was willing to entertain. Moral of the story: Avoid services here.

  I was standing outside, and out of all the customers, I was singled out and asked to pay first, even though my car wasn’t even halfway through the wash. I’ve been here twice before and never experienced this

  BEWARE! Make sure you WATCH the kind of service your car is actually getting. I paid for ULTIMATE wash but I WAS looking at my car through the glass wall and some of the hoses and suds didn’t even operate! It looked like I only received a BASIC wash for an expensive price!!
