Tbh that bathroom was filthy, the waiting room is nice enough but not that clean either, there was no one at the front desk and i feel like i shouldn’t have to go looking for an employee working on a car to get my appointment started especially when i booked ahead of time. besides that the work itself when they worked on my car was efficient, i could see what was happening to my car the entire time and they seemed to handle it with care and were timely when they finally got to my car. the work itself was also good, it just sucked that i had to wait until 3:00 for my car to be brought it in when i made a 2:00 appointment and planned my day around that. if i could get reassurances some of these issues can be fixed i would not hesitate to recommend this location because the prices and work itself are excellent both times i’ve been here, first for the flat tire and then for oil change and wheel alignment. if these issues are fixed i would bring my car here for anything.
Long story short, the work is excellent and good prices but the facilities are a bit dirty especially that bathroom should be cleaned and someone gotta be at that front desk because i was waiting way too long after i got there until i had to go find someone myself. had a 2:00 reservation but car didn't go into bay until around 3:00

This is only the second time in my life ive ever felt the need to leave a bad review. Honestly horrible experience from start to finish, first went to get a plug and find out its 38 dollars, anywhere else Its only 20, ridiculous... and that took an hour and a half could have been a 5 minute job. Then worker did not know how to shift gears in my vehicle and could not get it into the bay properly either forcing them to switch drivers, 15 minutes just to get it into the bay and on the lift, could have done it on the ground or with a simple floor jack. Then they changed my tires and balance them which took them 2.25 hours, horrible. Then they only filled my Vans tires to 35 PSI on all four when it's supposed to be 80 in the rear and 50 in the front, they looked flat VISUALLY. They left my hubcaps loose on all four corners. They lost a valve stem cap. He still did not fill my tires to the right pressure and I had to do it myself until he saw me and came outside to try and help me. Then my TPMS sensor was not working properly because they didnt re learn the locations, and he had to come out a third time. if I was not into cars and I was a normal customer they would have sent me on my way with my car in shambles. Honestly these mechanics should be more competent and know how to do simple things like this. I'm the customer I should not have to be fixing my own vehicle
The only competent helpful person there was Matt at the kiosk and seemed to be the manager.
