  I've rented dozens of vehicles from them through my company which unfortunately uses them exclusively. Every single car I get from them is disgusting! They do a terrible job in vacuuming out the vehicle. And the windshield almost always looks like somebody with the worst flu ever was the previous driver and sneezed all over the windshield then they use the same towel they used to arm all the dashboard to clean the window. Whatever their process is.. Absolutely disgusting. I always walk into the rental place with a can of glass cleaner and paper towels. I shouldn't have to be the one to do that! Otherwise, nice vehicles LOL

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Brenda was absolutely amazing! She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and straightforward. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made a big difference and turned what could have been a tedious process into a seamless experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire rental process went smoothly—like butter. I truly appreciated how efficient and organized everything was. As an added bonus, I was provided with a Mazda that I absolutely loved driving. It was comfortable, stylish, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Brenda, and the Enterprise team for such a great experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental vehicle!

  I rented from the Valley Stream location. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They made the rental process very easy and were informative and accommodating. They picked me up from Two Guy's Auto Body after dropping off my car for some body work. They also offer the option of picking up the rental car from the auto body shop instead of having to drop it off at Enterprise. I am not sure if they do it for every auto body shop or if they just worked something out with the one I used. But, it was very convenient.
