  Customer service is absolutely terrible! No reason why i should be waiting to be helped for a whole hour! While i stand there and watch the workers talking and having a good time. I’m gonna file a corporate complaint.

  The manager is so down to earth. He seems to walk around the entire place assisting with multiple jobs so it’s hard to even know who he is unless someone tells you. Shawn processed my rental so efficiently that I was blown away. I was in and out in no time (even with my asking 1 million questions). Then I was picked up by Eric the driver who reminded me that he was the same person that picked me up to get the car last week. (what a friendly guy! I also love that he played gospel music during the ride setting a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere). I could not be more pleased with this location and I have been to several different Enterprise locations. I’m so grateful for the excellent service that I receive from them. Will continue to be a repeat customer. .Highly recommend.

  The customer service was good, Two times I reserved a car and they didn’t have it when I went to the location, but they did do their best to accommodate me

  Go somewhere else! Sean “second in command” and Julian manager were not the best people to experience after having my car totaled by a truck insured by ENTERPRISE! They ignored me didn’t offer any support and wasted my time. I have rented from Enterprise for over 20years! And never!!! Have I had such an unpleasant experience and left without a car! Horrible customer service and everyone needs a retraining on etiquette. And they couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience when asked while the customer service rep was far more polite and professional
