Duralast tool buyers BEWARE, the "guaranteed for life" is only valid if you have your receipt or you're in Orwell's computer. Keep in mind other manufacturers have easier replacement policies. Got to run because I'm on my way to Harbor Freight.

Gregory was extremely rude in “assisting” my sister and I today. When asking for help on where a product is, he gets up from his chair and gives us a nasty attitude. He then tells his coworker “I hate people like this. Why do they come in when they don’t know what they’re looking for?”, not knowing we were still in the store. As if that’s not your job lol. I do not recommend this location.

I came here to buy new wiper blades. Everything was in stock, unlike the first place I went to. Everything is easy to find the layout works and the store is clean. Thanks to Josiah for the heads up to grab the windshield washer fluid too.

I came to this AutoZone for a rear brake caliper because my vehicle was already w my mechanic being repaired. After spending $80 on an Uber to pick up the part and bring it back to where my car was being serviced , my mechanic discovered that AutoZone had given me the wrong caliper. As a result, my repair could not be completed, I lost time and money, and now have to wait an additional day to get my vehicle fixed. Mistakes happen, but when customers are relying on the correct part to complete a repair, accuracy matters. Very frustrating experience and an expensive mistake.I returned again to the store to get the proper part and was made to realize it was a strange system error. I get it was a system error but didn’t even receive a sorry from their end. Which is why I’m leaving this review.
