I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. The technician mentioned that my shocks needed to be replaced. The next day I heard a thumping sound at the rear of my car. I looked underneath and there was no bolt holding the shock in place. I took the car to a local mechanic and he said it looked like the bolt was cut because my shocks were in perfect condition.
This isn't the first time Mavis did me wrong. They botched a break job a few years ago. I thought that a new manager might make a difference. It doesn't! I will never set foot in Mavis again. Do not trust them. Go to literally any other garage.
