  Showed up for my appointment at the time confirmed by Monro's text message, only to be told their system showed something different. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to suffer because of scheduling errors within Monro's system. I've reported this to corporate and hope they address both the customer service and scheduling problems.

  I was charged for services I did not request and unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got home. I have been trying to get a refund ever since then and have been getting the run around. Check out case #547466. The next morning I found that my oil had been overfilled by one quart. According to my car manual damage to the engine can occur within 30 minutes of driving, I had already put on 45 minutes. I went back to Monroe to have the overfill corrected. While the employee was draining the oil he burned himself. When the manager came over to me he was angry at me and cursed at me about my hot oil. He then instructed his workers to leave my car just sit and so it did for the next hour until he finally put the oil plug back in and topped the oil off.

  I called to see if they would be able to do my warranty alignment. They said yes then when I get there they were trying to get me to wait till tmr n I need an alignment so I don’t destroy my tires n. On top of it I tried to see if they would be to do it at another store. He said he will call them n ask I waited there for almost two hours for them not be able to doing anything wouldn’t suggest going back

  Monroe Mufflers and Tires was fantastic. I was able to make an appointment within an hour if my telephone call. The serviceman was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. And helped me pick out the right tires for my car. No upselling. Pure competence. Such a difference from their competitor down the street. The work took only 45 minutes. I’m a VERY satisfied customer. I let the service attendant know that Monroe is where I will get my tires from now on.

  Ked was great he helped us quickly is very professional and answered all our questions. He got us in and out quickly.
