- SASTEVEN ALICEA2 days ago1.0Very poor management and communication. Customer service is overseas and handles the appointments, but they seem to have little understanding of what is actually going on at the location. There is a serious lack of communication between management, customer service, and the mechanics. If management doesn't know what's going on, it makes me question whether the mechanics are properly informed either. When I'm trusting a shop to work on my truck, I need to have confidence that everyone knows what they're doing and that the work is being handled properly. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don't feel comfortable trusting this place with my truck.

This place is either short-staffed or incompetent OR BOTH! I'm NOT the only one who won't be going back to Vails Gate Monro Tire. It's no coincidence that Vails Gate Monro Tire is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau! None at all. You have been warned.

Whenever they've made mistakes with my car, they've been really funny in hindsight, and so minor I can't be mad. Just wish they had more hands.
