- AKAndrew KimSep 19, 20262.0No inspections offered at this location, until further notice.
- CRChase RoystonSep 12, 20261.0Scheduled a state inspection online. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted with this sign.
- SASTEVEN ALICEASep 1, 20261.0Very poor management and communication. Customer service is overseas and handles the appointments, but they seem to have little understanding of what is actually going on at the location. There is a serious lack of communication between management, customer service, and the mechanics. If management doesn't know what's going on, it makes me question whether the mechanics are properly informed either. When I'm trusting a shop to work on my truck, I need to have confidence that everyone knows what they're doing and that the work is being handled properly. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don't feel comfortable trusting this place with my truck.
- FLFoghorn LeghornAug 26, 20261.0The INCOMPETENT manager stuffs his face while you wait inordinate amounts of time. An appointment is meaningless here. I waited well over an hour past my scheduled appointment time only to see them start on another vehicle instead of mine. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT SUCK TOO! I'm NOT the only one who won't be going back to Vails Gate Monro Tire; check out the many 1-star review this place earned. It's no coincidence that Vails Gate Monro Tire is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau! None at all. You have been warned. Update: the response from the company is also meaningless. There is absolutely no oversight of the local shops which is why they treated me so poorly. NY State Attorney General has been contacted.
- FBFrank BurnsAug 14, 20261.0Clowns. Canceled my inspection appointment last week with little notice. Today I arrived for new appointment and they turned me away and said they don't do inspections. All because there is no money to make from that service. Jerks
