As much as I like the staff, the experience of some technicians is terrible. I have a staggered setup on my car. The tires were put on the wrong wheels, and on the front instead of the back - it was a complete mess. When they went to remove the new tires and put them on the correct wheels, all four rims had paint removed from the tire removal machine. The supervisor offered me a $100 gift card for future services. After this experience, I would only take a vehicle here that I truly don't care about.

I had a great experience at Mavis! I actually changed my own tire for the first time, which was definitely an experience in itself, and the team at Mavis made the rest of the situation so much better. Even though they were short-staffed, everyone was professional, kind, patient, and helpful. I've gone here a couple times and they messed up my wheel alignments but there nearby, so i figured an oil change should be easy, I was wrong . I made a 9am appointment for 8/22 on there site and my car wasn't done until after 2pm. They stated a tire rotation couldn't be done because their lift can't handle pick up trucks. These are all things that should be mentioned from the point of contact so nobody wastes their time. They even got the mileage wrong on the sticker. There's plenty of other places in the area that provide better car services.

I was leaking air rapidly today, all of sudden, and after pulling over safely, I called Mavis Discount Tire in Vailsgate. I informed the person whom answered of my predicament and was told I could come in right away. I was asked the color, make and model of my vehicle and was further told that someone will be on standby waiting for me. Upon arrival, there was a gentleman by the name of Andre that promptly directed me into a bay. Andre recognized the issue right away (a nail in the tire) and informed me that the tire can be saved and I woud be in and out no problem. I was there no more than 10 minutes (start to finish) and it was fixed. Andre was very professional and courteous throughout the whole experience, providing excellent customer service. I definitley recommend Mavis Discount Tire of Vailsgate.
