I got a flat tire on my way home and luckily I was right near the Mavis in New Windsor. Anthony, was so kind and made sure I was helped even though they had scheduled appointments. All I needed was someone to put my spare on so I could get to an appointment I was running late for. Julio & Josh were able to help me with the spare and they were both so nice and helpful. I truly appreciated their help.

Had tires installed last year, can back for tire rotation and to find a leak. Was told it was done. Can to find out tires were never rotated and the work order statement said no work done. Now they wanted to change we 120.00 to rotate the tires, so I won't have my road warranty. So tires rotation and re balancing that must be done not to lose warranty has a cost, that not told to you when you buy the road warranty.

I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire! The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming from the moment I came in. They took the time to help me with everything I needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was taken care of. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was. It’s not always easy to find a place where you feel like they genuinely care about their customers, but they definitely made me feel that way. I needed a last-minute oil change before my road trip to Canada, and I was really impressed with the Express VIP Service I received. The service was quick, professional, and exceeded my expectations.

This is easily the worst place ive been to for auto service. I made an appointment for 10am which was confirmed through texts and a phone call from the store to make sure i would be there. I arrived at 9:45am and they said to have a seat. 2 hours later i went to the desk to see what was going on because my truck was parked in the lot still. They said i would be next. Another hour later i went back to the desk and was told agian the i was next. There were also 2 people that also made appointments for 9 and 10 am both people still had there car in the lot. All of us made an appointment came in on correct time and still had to wait over 4 hours. The worst part is no one came to reassure or say anthing about the extremly long wait. Will not return here and recommend to anyone to avoid this place. All three appointments were for oil changes and inspections only. Came out to 4 hours and 45mins for an oil change, tire rotation, and and inspection. Very unhappy with my experience at this location and recommend to avoid at all costs....i also watched what was going on in the garage, wasn't great, lots of laughing and BSing and i honestly believe(i could be wrong) i saw one guy "fake" swing a rubber mallet at my truck in anger. And another giys must have walked back and forth from my truck "100 times"...and the other people with appointments one for 9 and the other for ten are still here. The guy with the 9am appointment has his car in the garage but the lady with the 10am waited 5 hours just for ger car to go in the garage.
