  I brought my car in to get four new tires . Mind you the price I was quoted online after shopping all over was not the price that they wanted to charge me at the store . They even said that the online price you see is not what you will pay . I was the first one in. I also had an appointment . I heard the guy tell everyone that walked the same thing he told me that the price online is not in store. I was there for 7 hrs . Once the car was done i went to leave and had to come right back because it was making noises that it didn't prior to bringing it in . They put it back on the lift but could not find the problem and told me to bring it to get a second opinion. I did just that and it came back that they messed up two rims on my vehicle. When I called i got transfered to the manger . He did not remember me at all and kept telling me it was impossible. Instead of professional service he kept cutting me off telling me im wrong like im making this up . Once I got loud with him he says o I remember you know . Which is an insult to me because I was nothing but nice and calm for the 7 hrs I was there . I would never bring any of my cars to this location and recommend no one els does . Not professional ,no sense of communication. This place is a joke

  I went to the shop with a blown tire. The offered up a new tire without looking at the tires I had on my car. They had to order the tire. When I returned the next day at my 1pm appointment, I waited 2.5 hours and was told that they had ordered the wrong tire!! I wound up ordering from another shop that did a much better job of replacing my tire.

  I had a 10:00 appointment and arrived at 9:58. They confirmed the type of tires they were going to put on and the cost estimate. They brought my vehicle into the garage at 10:56. At 11:39, after they had taken my old tires off, they told me they didn’t have my new tires and offered me another brand. I declined and they put my old tires back on and refunded my $25 deposit. In the end this visit was just a waste of 2 hours and 20 minutes, and they didn’t put enough air back in my tires. Giving this shop 2 stars because the staff made an honest effort to rectify their mistake and they got rid of an extra set of old tires I brought free of charge.

  I have absolutely no complaints, everyone was very nice and professional and you get the impression they're all working together to get you out and on the road. After a review of what was needed Andre took the time to help me determine what "must be done" from what "should be done" and helped me make choices that fit my budget today. I'll come back when I can for the rest :) I'm very grateful!

  I went there a couple of days ago because I was losing air in one of the tires, which they had installed. Instead of fixing the problem, they changed just 10,000-mile-old brake pads and rotor of the car, which were supposed to be under warranty by them, and billed me for $1100 and some change. That included a new tire, which they never installed. When I went the next day to get a refund on the tire, they said it was a brand new tire. Upon arguing, they dug deeper and found out it wasn't a new tire and refunded me for a tire and brake pads only. But still, I was charged $630, and they never fixed the problem I originally went there for.
