  Scheduled an appointment the day prior for an alignment, came in the next day and the person who assisted me was speaking to me more than 6 ft apart as if it was social distancing so when another rep came out he asked if I needed assistance being that he was not aware the other person was so far apart “assisting” me. Was asked if I wanted to wait or drop off my vehicle. Stated I will come back to pick it up, took my phone number but never gave a time estimate. So I dropped the vehicle off at 10:35 (appt was for 11am). As the day goes on, notice the time and it was after 3 pm and I called to see if my car was ready. She went to check after placing me on hold stating my key was placed in another pile and it’s ready so I had to check myself instead of receiving a call it was done. Get there same person from the morning assisted me but I seen my vehicle nowhere in sight after paying for the alignment. So I asked where my car was and she stated around the corner as if I were to know. I drove the car home but had to come back out to run an errand, when I got back in the car my tire warning light came on and I called the shop to see why but there was no answer. If it needed to be reset or whatever the case may be, that should’ve been explained and or done for me, now worried my tires may come off. The level of professionalism the one rep gave was about a 0/5.

  Took my vehicle there for diagnostic test and to have it all checked over cause it was a vehicle i just purchased it. I dropped it off the night before with an appointment in the morning,I called at noon and they had no idea what i was talking about so I dropped it off for nothing. They are very unorganized there. I will find another place to take my vehicle where my time is worth something cause they don't care there

  Everyone there is very professional I'm not from the area. I needed reassurance that my vehicle can get back on the road. They took care of me five stars for sure. The gentleman in the front I believe is the manager is a very solid guy runs a type ship has extremely professional. I would return their for service on my vehicle for sure!!!

  I was in town for a tournament and woke up to a flat tire. The service was quick and the price was super reasonable. I appreciate their honesty!
