Came in for an inspection of my tire which sustained some sidewall damage. Luckily the damage wasnt significant enough that warrant replacement but the staff were very quick, professional and did not charge me anything for their time.

The new manager was a nice guy and so was the visiting district manager. I was not asked if I wanted my tpms sensor rebuilt and was charged for it, there is a 10$ off coupon that is always in the paper and online that was not applied to my full syn oil change. I was also not offered road hazard on my tire. You also sold me entry level tire that most retailer sell for 60 to 95$ for 60$ mark up. Lastly the technician couldn't be bothered to put the donut back underneath the car after paying 340$ for one tire and a full syn oil change..

I wish I could give them zero stars. I brought my truck in for an alignment. My camber was severely off. Hence I brought it in for alignment. My camber was not even touched. And steering wheel was way off center. I called and was told that their tech was not capable of performing camber alignment. So I showed up and asked for them to fix it. I was told it cost several hundred dollars to adjust camber. So I asked for my money back because the service I paid for was not performed. They kept arguing that I was wrong calling me a liar, and told me to leave their store. I do not suggest this place to anyone they are liars and scammers

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into unnecessary services. They got my vehicle in quickly, completed the work in a timely manner, and made sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find a shop that combines good customer service with quality work, but this location did exactly that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tire services or automotive repairs and ask for Esteban.

We acquired a bolt in our rear tire passing down the thruway. We exited near Utica and were denied help at BJs tires—he couldn’t even do the courtesy of looking at the tire.
The customer service staff at Mavis were welcoming, helpful and quick with their assistance. They didn’t try to sell me more than I needed.
I will be using Mavis again! Thank you!
