  I came for oil change and of course other service were recommended which I did. In putting the free on in my air conditioner, when remove the plug in the machine all the free on blew out. They said something about my valve not good, but can’t say it was not that. That did fix the valve and put back the stuff in my air conditioner but when I left the car was still hot even with the air blowing. So I went back and he fixed it. For now my car is cool. It should last for the summer. On top of it all I must say the team are very professional. Listened to your concerns and address the issues. Very pleasant, responsive and and professional, that’s the reason why I keep going back.

  I went in to get an oil change. Nothing wrong with my car before I got there. After going into the bay of your garage. Your staff remove the Oil Filter, with Connection Piece. Took it away from the car for a good few minutes. Then the employee came and told me the last person who did my oil change did not know what they were doing. He then show me the connection piece and was somehow broken. And told me I need a new one. He then printed out what the part was and told me I can still drive it. And if I wanted he can order me a new part. Also that the oil light would go on because of the broken piece. I find it strange that nothing was wrong with my car before I brought it in for an oil change. To me what happen is your staff broke the connection piece and then blame it on the last person that change the oil. What kind of employees does your company hire that are incompetent and then lie about it? I had to order the part which cost me $50 and then have my mechanic put it in. I won’t ever deal with your company again. And will spread the word the type of people you have working there.

  The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended services but wasn’t pushy. He gave a good outline of priority services versus things that can wait. Overall good experience.

  Steven. Manger Ramel, Ariel, and the assistant manager were all very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, patient, thorough. They went above and beyond just a typical oil change. I will definitely be back and I recommend everyone to pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.
