I took my car to Mavis for a simple oil change and they didn't put a plug cap on the filter, so all of the oil leaked out. I took the car back to them saying the low oil pressure light came on and they were dismissive of my concern and "checked" the car for 2 minutes (didn't even pop the hood) just to say everything was fine and I had no need to be concern. Well, I checked the oil myself and it was completely dry - ZERO oil. I had to get AAA to tow the car to another shop where they fixed it. I'm lucky the engine didn't die and I still have a car! Monro in Latham was incredibly helpful with solving the issue - don't go to Mavis

Jamal gave us the best service and I definitely will be back. I had a few negative experiences at Mavis before so I was apprehensive about this location. I tried it in an emergency and was pleasantly surprised. I got my brakes and tires done. The service was fast, the place was clean and the business was run very efficiently. I could tell Jamal was doing the job of many but it never interfered with the experience. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU 🙏🏿

I hit a curb the other day and they got me in the next day for a new tire! They had to order my specific tire size and sadly it wasn’t delivered by the time of my set appointment, but they called the delivery person every time I asked for an eta and were very apologetic about it. Once my tire was delivered they had my car in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this location!

Went in for a tire patch, they claimed to have fixed the issue. Next morning my tire was completely flat so I returned and they found a screw in my tire that was missed. However they claimed I must have picked it up in the 24 hour period between visits. They refused to finish fixing the tire and would not issue a refund for the initial repairs which were not complete. Staff was also very rude
