It’s an okay choice, I would somewhat recommend it. I have had good and bad experiences at this location but if I have the time, I typically venture out a bit to avoid this location. I am ALWAYS missing tire caps when I leave this location. Sometimes it’s just a few but other times it’s all 4 tire caps missing. I just accept this is the cost of doing business and I pay a few bucks for a couple new tires caps later on. Not a huge deal. Now why I took the time to write this review, last time I came to this location the female worker told me that my coolant needs to be replaced every 65,000 or something like that and is at dangerous levels. Hey, you are the professional, I’m all ears but let me ask you something, I just got my coolant flushed and refilled 6 months ago, are you sure this is accurate? My car fax (which I pulled up on my phone shows it was done) and she didn’t have anything to say about it, she just said if I refuse to do it, she said she would have to report me that I refuse to do a important service (I don’t get what that meant, report me where? Just in vavoline system or report me somewhere else?) Again I’m all ears but she said it must be done every 65k miles and I just did it 7-10k miles ago, can you just give me more info, are you trying to upsell me or is there actually a huge problem with the way my coolant was refilled last time?) I don’t think she was expecting me to pull up the car faxes. That just left a bad taste in my mouth. Was she inexperienced? Did she notice something wrong with my coolant that I should be worried about or, was she just going through the flow with a fake coolant measurement? (I hate to believe this to be true, I’m going to assume this is not the case) and she just didn’t check the car fax before she pressed me about it. You would think the measuring tool they use is the deciding factor and I hope it is. I really hope I’m wrong here and very well could be. I just have my thoughts now (which again could be baseless) I just might pass on this location for a bit. I’ll give them another chance in the future
