    My recent vehicle purchase was by far the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I worked with Mary Sullivan and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She and the rest of the staff went above and beyond by bringing the vehicle to me for a test drive and picking me up and driving me to the dealer to pick it up once it was ready. Great price, great vehicle, great experience. Will definitely be back!

    Have bought so many vehicles from West Herr until today. Bought a dodge ram from Northtown and wow was the customer service a 10/10!! The staff was so friendly and kind.     My experience has been nothing but astonishing ! I originally went when I thought my previous vehicle had lost its life for good. It did not, but I continued with the process. Thruout the entire process I worked with Austin , and Justin who made it happen for me. They were extremely helpful , and compassionate, and did everything possible to get me in a new safe, updated vehicle . I have HORRIBLE credit , and they made it happen for me without killing me in monthly payments . Being a mom who drives safety is always our number 1 priority and they got me into something that fits my every need. Thank you Northtown!

    Vinny , ( my sales rep) Mike, Matt , and everyone at this location were a pleasure to work with and be around. They provide a very welcoming atmosphere for everyone. They have a good system where they have different reps show you what the dealer has to offer as well so that you know there’s a team of experts here that work together.
