EJ was very attentive, thorough, and easy to work with. He had timely follow up without being pushy, and worked with me throughout my process to ensure I was supported enough to make the right decision. I would highly recommend working with him and Northtown.

I truly don’t understand what the point of a warranty is if you have to pay diagnostic fees of $225 an hour. You essentially have to gamble on whether or not your vehicle will be under warranty. My vehicle is less than 3 years old. Has a few minor issues that should be covered under the manufacturer warranty but instead I was told I’d likely be charged 3/4 hours of diagnostics because it could be an electrical issue that’s not covered. IF YOU NEED GOUR VEHICLE SERVICED GO TO WEST HERR CHRYSLER OR ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA Not sure why I keep trying with this dealership. This is the 2/3 time I’ve been treated poorly and left with a bad taste in my mouth.
