  I had a mishap with my older vehicle & needed a new vehicle quick. I stopped into Northtown, sat down with Austin & within that same day I had a new vehicle getting ready for me to be picked up. Austin made it super easy to find what I wanted and needed in a timely manner. Appreciate him & Northtown for welcoming me!

  I recently came into Northtown with a bad vehicle situation. Maximo was able to help me into a newer, safer vehicle and deal. He walked me through every process with great communication and efficiency. As someone who doesn’t know much about car deals, I definitely needed the extra support. I felt very lucky to have his assistance, and would recommend it to anyone. I love my new 2024 Chevy Trax!

  I am absolutely super duper excited to leave this review. I was dropped off at Northtown by accident when Vincent greeted me with no hesitation, making me super comfortable. I was looking for a Dodge Durango, so I thought, but I ended up leaving with my dream truck a 2020 Range Rover Land Rover Evoque He and his team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and help me get into exactly what I needed. Nothing short of amazing when it comes to these guys at Northtown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Very accommodating, super humble, and worked with me regardless of my situation. He pushed to get me into something that I was happy and comfortable with. Again, I want to think each of every member that shook my hand and helped me to get into my beautiful 2020 Range Rover Land Rover Evoque. Thank you again Vinny

  the screen to my jeep broke and was covered under warranty, I originally took it to transitowne Jeep/dodge dealership on transit where they blew me off because they didn’t want to deal with warranty. Took my car here instead and dealt with Dave and wow I cannot say enough good things. He had a battle with the warranty company but he kept fighting to get the part covered for me. I will now take my car to this location every single time and recommend it to anyone and everyone. Huge shoutout to Dave, thank you for making this experience so easy.
