    Absolute nightmare. They let you make an online reservation when they don't have cars available. Sales rep says that's "what they do". Calling customer service was unhelpful. Save yourself a hassel and go to Avis or Hertz.

    I booked a rental with enterprise 2 weeks in advance for an important trip. My pickup time was 8am, they called me morning of at 730am to tell me they had no vehicle for me. After calling corporate they booked me with another location. Within 5 mins of that call received another call that location also did not have a vehicle for me. After going back and forth with corporate and a promise of a call back with a resolution, no call ever came. Would never do business with them again.

    The pick up and drop off processes were easy and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond, taking note of any preexisting damages and making sure the car was as clean as possible before assigning it to me.

    Absolutely the worst experience. I reserved a car and when I showed up I was informed that they didn't have a car for me. Not the car I rented or any other car available. How does a car rental place have no cars/ suvs/ trucks/ vans? NOTHING. And couldn't find another one at any of the locations in my area. I suggest going to budget. They may be a bit more money but always have a vehicle to rent
