His attitude is lacking, and his knowledge of how the store works is either bad or he's lazy. So I made an online purchase and went to go get it, and the store closes really early. I had to go to the location around the corner. I bought the same items. Then I found out the lights were wrong from what the app said my car needed. It's not a big deal. So I came to this store to pick up my order because, well, I got $5 off online, and I'm still gonna use the filter and the lights. Might as well replace all 4 instead of 2. I wanted to exchange the lights. He said that's not possible. I had to cancel the order and lose the discount. W.e it's only $5. I canceled the item and got the correct one. Since I went to the store around the corner and now know the lights are wrong, I wanted to exchange the lights purchased there here for the proper ones. He's says you must go to the store the purchase was made. Now that I knew for a fact was a lie. Added is a photo of advanced autos return policy stating it can be done at any store, not just the one purchased from. Between this stores hours, and it's uneducated employees save yourself a headache and go around the corner to the sheridan location.
