DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. After a repair in Thornwood, NY parts were flying of my car as I drive. I LEFT WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN I CAME IN WITH. The trick is - They are very nice over the phone when you call, but once you get there the same day repair they promised turns into a job that takes several days. The front desk staff is RUDE and DISMISSIVE. THEY DO NOT CAR. Again they are nice over the phone but once you get there, they are terribly nasty. The only reason I gave it one star is because I needed to give a rating in order to post. Do yourself a favor and do not go here unless you have a corporate connect who will force them to do the job correctly. The front desk representative (yt dude) is escpecially rude. He will avoid you and stop talking to you if you ask a lot of questions. This guy may know cars but customer service escapes him.

I went in for an oil change, and my car was returned to me with oil on my seat, door, floor, and steering wheel. The car even smelled when I got in. My seats were like new when I arrived. I pointed out the stains that happened during my oil change, and someone else tried to make it right but unfortunately made it worse. My seat fabric got frayed and worn from scrubbing at it to try to get the oil out. Brian told me to get it detailed, and Mavis would pay for it. The detailer got all the stains out, but they could not repair the fabric. Brian told me the regional manager would call me to make it right, but I haven’t been called. I’ve called the Mavis location multiple times and left messages, but I haven’t been called back. I just want my car seat to be returned to the condition it was before I arrived for my oil change. I was there for my oil change and then trying to fix it for over 3 hours, and my seat is still worse for wear.
