I rarely write bad reviews but this place stuck out to me. Never had a bad experience with Mavis until today. I didn’t have an appointment so I called beforehand to ask if they had time do an alignment on my Acura this afternoon. They told me they did and I was there in 20 minutes. When I got there I asked the lady at the front desk how long it would take for an alignment and she spoke with a colleague and told me 1 hour. I had about an hour and a half before I had to leave so I gave them my keys and sat in the waiting room. After an hour and 10 minutes, I came to the front to check on the car, and they hadn’t even moved it from the parking lot. She said the mechanic had to work on the suspension of another car. I had been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, and nobody came in to even let me know the mechanic was running late? I watched people walked past the waiting room at least 4 times and nobody bothered to at least let me know. Instead all they did was hold my car keys hostage for an hour and a half and lose a customer. And when I spoke to the lady about it she kept calling me “hun” - incredibly unprofessional to call a customer regardless. Will never be coming back here.

I stopped by to put air in my wife’s car and noticed that the sides were Bubbling it was 5:30 PM. They close at six and they managed to put two tires on my car car right then and there cannot recommend them enough.

I just got back into town after a two hour flight to a completely flat tire. I was able to get my spare put on but wasn’t comfortable going far with it. I was suggested to go here by a friend and I really didn’t know what to expect I just needed it fixed. I was greeted by Tiffany, my fellow Leo queen, and was told it would be about 30 minutes to fix my tire and double check my others. You guys really saved my day, thank you!

I went in to get a screw removed from my tire, and have the hole patched. I was greeted right away by a friendly employee, my car was taken in right away. I waited between 10 and 15 minutes and was told the car was ready, and there was no charge for the fix. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also this location is only place in the area I am aware of that still has free air for tires.
