Cristian was a life savior. I live out of town and had a flat tire. Instead of asking me to wait endlessly he came out of the office himself and checked my tires. He knew exactly what was wrong, instantly had a solution, and I was out of there in 15 min.

Saba is the most helpful, kind, and courteous tire guy! We showed up — they were rushed and stressed, but so were we. We were on hour 1.5 of a 6.5 hour road trip, and had to pull over when one of our tire pressure sensors went off. When we couldn’t recalibrate ourselves, we pulled into this Mavis, all out of hope. Not only did Saba make sure our problem was taken care of, but when we mentioned wanting to take a walk while we waited, he even suggested an amazing place to visit (the Tappan Zee walking path). Thanks, Saba. You saved our road trip.

Excellent Service!
I originally came in for a flat tire repair, and I’m really glad I did. A gentleman named Cristian helped me out and went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. He explained exactly what was needed with my brakes and tires, showed me why the work was necessary, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.
Cristian was honest, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He even worked with me on the price and made sure I was comfortable with everything. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes the time to actually care about the customer.

Called this location to schedule an appointment for an alignment and wheel balance. I gave my information because I’ve been there before, they pulled up my vehicle and confirmed the pricing for what I needed to have done. The representative also threw in a coupon for a discount for my alignment; in total everything was $156. The day I went to have the work done, I was told by someone else that that was the incorrect pricing and that everything would cost $250 because apparently my vehicle needs premium alignment. I was so upset because I wasted my time driving 40 minutes to get to this location and they refused to give me the price I was given over the phone even though I told them I wanted a regular alignment. The guy told me they would not do a regular alignment on my vehicle and I would have to have the premium done and $250 is the total. I didn’t do the work with them; when I took my vehicle to the actual company, they told me that premium alignment is not for my vehicle, I’m only supposed to do regular alignment. So it’s either the people at this location don’t know what they’re talking about or I was getting the run around all for more money.
