I was extremely impressed with the customer serviced about Mavis Tires , Tarrytown, NY. I was on a trip for NABC convention at WestChester city center. The moment I pulled up in the shop and explained that I am getting alert on my dashboard on my HONDA CRV low air pressure and after introducing air pressure on two occasion but after TPMS calibration still no luck. I explained being out of state it is extremely challenging since it is July 4! Saba, was assured me that he will take care of tire and will walk away safe and happy. Based on the shop being busy and kept me posted about the long wait! They not only fixed tire and acted very professional. I will highly recommend Mavis tire for the excellent customer service.

Do not trust your car, your money, or your safety to Mavis Tire in Tarrytown, NY. As a Licensed Medical Professional, my time and my vehicle are a matter of literal life and death for my patients. After catching a nail and hitting a pothole, I brought my rear-wheel-drive Camaro to Mavis to simply replace the damaged tire with the exact same model. I had to go back in 5 times over the course of 2 weeks to get my car aligned and each time with a different technician. What followed was a one-month nightmare of extreme incompetence, clueless staff, and active financial exploitation that has cost me $3,000 for what should have been a $1,500 set of tires.First, they committed a catastrophic mechanical safety violation: they installed rock-hard run-flat tires on the rear axle while leaving standard non-run-flat tires on the front. This is an absolute zero-tolerance hazard that completely destroys a sports car's handling stability. When forced to fix their own dangerous blunder, they messed up a third time, installing completely mismatched tread patterns on the front and back axles.Because of their endless delays, constant mistakes, and completely clueless mechanics, I was forced to cancel 17 scheduled surgeries. Mavis didn't just delay my commute while their incompetence disrupted vital medical care for my patients’ surgery. When escalated, the Regional Manager, J**e, was useless. He dragged his feet at every single step, showed zero urgency and demonstrated a complete lack of professional accountability. The management across both locations is rude, defensive, and completely unqualified to operate a business.Shame on this entire organization. I am filing formal complaints with the corporate board, the Better Business Bureau, and consumer protection agencies. Avoid Mavis at all costs they will drain your wallet, compromise your safety, and ruin your livelihood

La verdad que tuve una mala experiencia en este lugar a mi carro se le poncho una llanta y tuve que cambiarla hice una cita para las 9 am , en realidad no vivo por ese sector solo iba de pasada cuando pasó el incidente d Ela llanta , viajaba con mis 2 niños pequeños y mi bebé de 10 meses , les pedí que lo hicieran rápido ya que tenía que seguir viajando por 2 horas más hasta mi casa , y no fue así se demoraron 5 horas solo para poder cambiar un neumático en ese transcurso me sacaron un montón de problemas de mi carro les dije que no necesitaba que solo quería que cambiaran el neumático, al final terminé cambiando los otros neumáticos porque dijeron que ya no servían y tenían una promoción , dijeron que solo demorarían media hora en el proceso y no fue así como dije terminé esperando 5 horas salí de hay a las 2 pm , mis hijos estaban muy inquietos no habían desayunado y ya era hora de almuerzo y yo no veía a nadie cerca de mi carro cambiando un simple neumático , después cuando salí del lugar sentí el carro un poco pesado creí que era porque estaba recién nuevas todas los neumáticos, paramos a pedir un drive tru en un McDonald’s y al continuar el viaje sentía que algo no iba a bien con el carro , conduje a baja velocidad porque temía que algo no andaba bien, pero necesitaba llegar a mi casa , al ingresar a la salida 105 en Monticello NY. Al girar el carro se sintió como si un neumático se hubiera salido , conduje despacio hasta un Walmart que estaba cerca y poderme parquear y así fue como terminó mi vehículo en la imagen que dejaré abajo , casi pude haber tenido un accidente con mis hijos pequeños gracias a esta gente irresponsable toda la parte inferior del vehículo se había desprendido , pagué por el cambio de neumáticos , balanceo y alineado , y así fue como terminé
