- DBDavid Bodine2 days ago2.0Ehh location. Employees are the biggest issue. Know-it-all’s that know very little. On top of that less than friendly. Very little in stock, whatever I need always needs to be ordered. This location used to be great. Now I go to Hackensack or the one on 59. There are less miserable.
- RBRich BlackAug 12, 20261.0A few days ago I was purchasing a brand new $300 battery for my Camry. Walked in and was ignored for the first 5-6 minutes. Then a white guy with full gauge earrings says “oh let me look at the car first and test it. I could just see by his demeanor he felt like doing nothing and it was a little bit hot out,, so He says oh wow this battery is over 8 years old ,”, I would just leave it in” he proceeds to test in and says “it’s only charging at 1/2 what it should be but I’d leave it” I was like no I want to replace it. He looks at me and says well I’m not putting it in. I’m not gonna be responsible if something breaks. ( he obviously just was lazy and didn’t want to do the job) so I was like “guy you can’t be serious right now. Dont worry about that -“it’s just a few bolts with very minor rust.. I’m like just put the battery in-“ if something broke don’t even worry about it,,and So the dude walks away from me and walks back into the store and refuses to do the job..just left me standing there…I was like wow so I went to the auto place in Nanuet And from start to finish when I pulled up to the store it was 4 minutes - installed/job done- ✅ NO ISSUE AT ALL..and ..battery was cheaper..
