  Outstanding experience! Windshield was cracked while driving to Cicero, NY. Safelite was able to get us in the next day. The windshield replacement took only an hour, and the employees were awesome! From the lady at the front desk to the gentleman who replaced the windshield, everyone was amazing! Great job!!

  Safelite was phenomenal from start to finish. Their online service made it very easy to schedule an appointment that was very quick to be added. A technician came to the house to repair the windshield chip and did so flawlessly. He communicated when he would be there and how long it would take. I could not be happier with the service provided.

  So convenient to schedule an appointment. Close to my office so I dropped off my car and walked. It was done ahead of schedule too. From the first phone call to dropping off my car, everyone I spoke to was friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend (can't answer about price, it was an insurance claim and I have full glass coverage)

  Very disappointed with my windshield replacement. I have a certificate of recalibration that is absolutely useless and fraudulent. I highly recommend going elsewhere, doing your research, because Safelite is a terrible choice. My sensors were supposedly certified to be in working condition, however, fact is this is a lie. My dash lights do not work as before and the auto setting no longer works for my windshield wipers, but it did before Safelite haphazardly replaced my windshield and certified the sensors were recalibrated. My car is not in working order as it had been before Safelite. Steer clear of this assembly line of a business. Was told it would take approx. 3 hours. It took 20 minutes. Just waiting for the windshield to fall in my lap as I'm driving. Do better Safelite!

  This is a review of Safelite's telephone CSR staff, not a review of a specific Safelite service location. Safelite was initially scheduled by me to perform mobile service on a specific date. The CSR taking my initial call was explicitly advised that the requested service *must* be performed on the date specified. In addition, Safelite was provided the service location, both city/town as well as *the specific highway exit number*. It was agreed and understood that an exact address within the specified city/town would be provided to Safelite later that afternoon. In order to complete the work reservation, the CSR entered a “dummy” address to hold the reservation. Unbeknownst to me and in complete disregard of the work location information provided to CSR, he chose to use a “dummy” address in a completely different city/town. Later that afternoon I provided Safelite the exact work location address. However, the (second) CSR with whom I now provided this information advised that, due to the “change” in service address (which was not in fact a change but discloses original CSR’s botch-up), service was no longer possible for the demanded date. I made Safelite’s mishandling very clear to the CSR who, to be brief, offered no remedial efforts, merely stating “sorry” and that the service could be performed 48 hours later if I wished. I responded that the appointment for service was now canceled and the CSR confirmed that she had done same. Surprise, surprise: 48 hours later I receive a telephone call from Safelite “confirming my appointment for [today].” Safelite’s lack of professionalism and blatant incompetence are truly stunning.
