  Flew in for a couple of days for work and decided to get a car rather than use Rideshare. I always go for National, they’re great… Great service… Great car selection from their Emeral Isle, but this location doesn’t use the Emerald Isle, rather there’s a booth in the garage where you need to wait in line for someone to give a car. I find this very inconvenient, but it is what it is. Car selection here was adequate, not the best. Service was nice and friendly, both on pickup and checking back in. Overall, I’d most definitely return to rent from National, but this isn’t my favorite location.

  Go no further! Excellent process to rent a car every time. Great customer service, clean reliable vehicles, and seamless process when having to make a change.

  After a delay on my flight I immediately called to inform National Car rental of my delay as I would arrive after 1230am for my car rental. They assured me that notes were in the system and someone would be staying for me and my families flight arrival on Syracuse NY. After arriving all car rental desks were closed and nothing was available. This left my wife and two children stranded as out hotel is in Watertown NY and the car was our transportation. I called back to inform the call center only to told I should of called ahead of time and informed them, which was exactly what I did at 4pm CST, I arrived in Syracuse NY at 1:25am. They received the information as early as I could give it and still didn't do anything with the information. I was lied to at the call center when calling back asking if there were notes for proof of my earlier call. After initially saying no, I was then apologized to and informed that there were notes but they were internal and did not get related to the airport pick up desk for the vehicle. What was the point of telling me that it would be told to them, if it wasn't! This left us in the airport after a full day of traveling, missing a night of our hotel and I terrible nights sleep in an airport! This is ridiculous!! I will file a formal complaint and email everyone who needs to hear this. Updated response 3:15am Thank you for the response but when I went to try and complete a contact us email. There is nothing listed and the phone number is for customer service which stated they couldn't help. Updated response Sat June 27th I did reach out via the link. It leads back to customer service which is the department I gave the heads up to and they did nothing. They still have not reached out to rectify the issue. I'm updating this because the bot or person responding wants to make it seem like they are being attentive, posting links but they are not it must be an automated response.

  The National and Enterprise team at the Syracuse New York airport were outstanding. Customer service from beginning to end was excellent. Although the vehicle I had reserved was not available, they went out of their way to find something comparable. The return process was professional and quick. I would strongly recommend if you're flying into Syracuse and need a vehicle the National and Enterprise team should be your first choice.

  Dino, Sarah, and their team at Syracuse International Airport are truly the best! They are always so kind, helpful, and welcoming, with smiles on their faces every time I see them. Their outstanding customer service and positive attitudes make my weekly trips through Syracuse so much more enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure seeing them, and they consistently go above and beyond to make travelers feel valued!
