  This place is absoultley horrible. I Scheduled a week out 9am appointment with expectation to wait for tire install as they were purchased from tirerack.com . I Showed up to said appt and was told it would be 4-6hr wait as there were 5 vehicles ahead of me even though I scheduled the appt. explained that was unacceptable and I would take my tires and go elsewhere. Guy behind the counter said the appt call center was in India and I had to wait and couldn't take the tires as he had a do not release to customer order. I explained I had them shipped there and they were all paid for and mine and I was taking them. he finally pointed and said they are out there if I wanted them. he then watched me load all my tires by myself. I would not recommend any service being performed here.

  Completely Unprofessional and Uncalled For I brought my vehicle to Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers to have my front right tire replaced. The tire was ordered, everything came in as expected, and the actual work on my vehicle was completed without issue. Unfortunately, the interaction with the gentleman at the front desk completely overshadowed the otherwise satisfactory service. When I arrived, I accidentally walked past the customer entrance and entered through the garage area. An older gentleman who I had never met or spoken to before immediately looked at me and said, “I didn’t know they let handicapped people drive Challengers, you walked right past the front door and came in through the garage area.” Now, mind you, I was in the garage area for all of maybe two seconds. The way the building is laid out, I had simply walked into the garage area and was immediately approaching the doorway leading into the customer service/front desk area. That was his first interaction with me. I honestly didn’t know how to respond. I gave an awkward laugh because I was there to have my vehicle serviced and didn’t want to escalate the situation with someone who was responsible for servicing my vehicle. The comment was incredibly disrespectful, inappropriate, and completely unnecessary. What exactly was supposed to be funny about that comment? What does someone's disability, appearance, or physical ability have to do with whether they can own or drive a nice vehicle? I believe making a remark like that to a complete stranger, especially a customer is simply unacceptable. I want to be clear that I had no issue with the actual tire service. The tire was replaced and the work itself was fine. The one-star rating is entirely because of the way I was treated by this employee. Professionalism and basic respect should not be too much to expect.

  The issue I had with my experience was That none of the info that I provided on the booking site transferred to the actual Store, and once I did arrive, no workers were available to assist me within my appointment timeframe causing me to not be able to get the work I needed done and it was just a big inconvenience and a waste of gas/time for me, and that ultimately gave me to confidence never choose Mr. Tire again, also the manager Definitely didn’t wanna work that day because it seemed to be an inconvenience be asked. Simple questions
