- TCTarea CrouchApr 22, 20261.0My experience at this location was so horrible.I would never recommend this place to anybody else.Friends family even my enemies. I watch the staff walk around and hold my car for 2 hours before I actually tell me what was wrong , which was a lie. Little do they know I had already researched what was wrong with my car. They thought I was just a dumb female , so I left. The price that was quoted to me was way overpriced, and ridiculous. They checked my oil which I did not ask for, worked on other cars while I sat there waiting after working a 12 hour shift.
- KCKevin ConnellApr 10, 20261.0Go anywhere else! They've told me my brakes need to be replaced every 12-15 months multiples time for both front and back brakes/pads/rotors. They told me my rear brakes HAD to be replaced after just over 12 months and 3000 miles, which anyone knows is a joke. They failed inspection for my front brakes which had barely 10,000 miles on them.. The store was shown their own invoices and said "not my fault I didn't work here last year". I called corporate and they said we don't care. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.
