  The guys that work here are not motivated for anything. Had to come in there to have my car looked at. They took there time to come and see why I was there. 1 car in the bay and the rest empty. When they finally came in they didn't even look at my whole reason I was there. Looked under the hood under the car but never the tire itself. After wasting my gas a few times driving my car around during all that. Comes out and tells me I need all new calipers all rotors and brakes when I specifically told them I'm not putting any money into the car I just needed to get home. Glad they spent most of their time just sitting there walking around or eating or just being on the phone. Don't ever go here unless you have the time for your car to sit for hours on end.

  Absolutely awful. Made an appointment for a state inspection, got a text confirmation, show up, they have no record of my appointment and tell me the state inspector already left and won’t be back until next week. The guy at the front desks only explanation for not having my appointment was “our call center is terrible. Not sure why it didn’t go through correctly” even though I had a text confirmation. Now my inspection is expired and I’m rushing try to get in somewhere on a Saturday afternoon. Such a joke

  Muffler was loud so I took the car in. Quotes $900 to fix it. They called and said I needed rotors and brakes and a muffler. I had them just do the muffler. 8 hour passes and I call them to check the status. They tell me it’s not fixed and sounds the same and that I need a catalytic converter. I go to pickup my not fixed car and they charge me $1300. After a comment about being quoted $900 they changed the price. So I paid ~$1k for them to replace a muffler that didn’t fix the problem. If I wouldn’t have called for a status update they probably wouldn’t have even called me. Just rotten. I’m dealing with cancer treatment bills piling up and now I spent $1k to not fix my car. :-( Not one thank you or one sorry as they brought the car around. Awful.

  Went in for an oil change and inspection. They quoted 45 minutes. Over an hour later they tell me that may car failed inspection for the parking brake. They didn’t know what was wrong with it and quoted over $600 to fix it. With no explanation of why so much. I told them I would take my car elsewhere. But they had just started draining the oil. 30 minutes later they come out and tell me it’s $99 for the oil change, I was expecting about $65. This place will rob you, stay away!
