Other shop I went to became too busy to get me in so I tried my luck and went to a few places before getting recommended to try this location. They got me in immediately during a pinch while they were quite busy for a full tire install. I’m quite impressed with my experience. Very quick, thorough, and professional.

I have had to different bad experiences with this particular Mavis towards the end of August I scheduled an oil change and inspection got there and was told that the person that does inspections wasn't there. I left and went back a second time with another appointment and was told that he wasn't there but this time I had my oil changed then I had to go back a week later for a third time to get my inspection done. Now we are in October and I made an appointment yesterday to get my brakes checked and was again turned away because there is no one there to do it. It was himself and someone else there and they wouldn't be able to get to me. So I left and booked another appointment for today at three and called to make sure I wouldn't be tuned away and was told that again they probably won't be able to get to me, it's honestly crazy if you book an appointment online you should be guaranteed a spot for the time you selected or else they should have the day and time blocked off if no one is available. Or at least have the courtesy to call your customer if you can't do the work that day instead of wasting people's time just to be turned away at the door.

Called to ask if they could help me out because I was getting a flat while driving and they said to get there quick and theyd be able to get me in. After getting there they got the car right in and out and sent me on my way. Was thankful they were able to get me in so fast so I could continue working. Thank you again guys

Valve stem popped out right before a four hour drive, and I happened to be close by. They got me in right away and had me back on the road fast. The team was friendly and helpful the whole time. Bonus points for the Starbucks next door. Highly recommend!
