  Friendly staff and easy pick up and drop off. Car was nice, practically new and clean. Great overall experience.

  I was pleasantly surprised that even after hours when my flight came in late there were still reps at the desk ro rent me my car. Mason had excellent customer service and expedited everything for me.

  10 out of 5 stars for this Enterprise location - and a special thank you to Gavin! After arriving late in the evening following a delayed flight, the last thing we wanted was to deal with rental car issues. Fortunately, we met Gavin, who not only had everything ready to go, but brought a fantastic attitude - even so late in the evening! A special thank you again to Gavin for making this process so enjoyable and efficient - we hope to work with you again in the future!

  5/5 Stars - Exceptional customer service from Mason and Zoe! I recently rented a car from the Enterprise location at the Syracuse Airport, and the outstanding service began the moment I arrived. During check-in, Mason was incredibly pleasant and helpful. He proactively gave me an email address to contact their team directly if I ran into any issues. I ended up needing that email because, after returning the car, I realized I had left my AirPods inside. I was devastated and fully assumed I would never see them again. I emailed the address Mason had provided and got in touch with Zoe, who was fantastic and immediately went to work trying to locate them. Shortly after, Mason actually called me back to give me the great news that they had found them! They went completely above and beyond by packaging my AirPods and mailing them back to me—and they didn't even ask me to cover the shipping costs. This level of honesty, care, and proactive communication is so rare these days. Thanks to Mason and Zoe, I am now a loyal Enterprise customer for life. If you are renting in Syracuse, this is the team to go to!

  Benji, the worker who we returned the car to went out of his way to welcome us back. He gave us a $50 voucher because we had just gotten married. He was incredibly kind and helpful. We were really impressed by his dedicated to the job and for being so personable!
