  All I can say is it couldn’t have been any better!! They even picked me up from where my car was getting repaired and had a nice car ready for me.I was surprised how great and easy they made it for me.I appreciate it and I have never got such great service!!

  My car was disgusting, this car needs to be taken out of your fleet. Smelled like air freshener when I got it then it smelled like weed. Worst rental I ever had. I didn't bring it back cause it was good on gas. You should be ashamed. I took pics but this platform won't let me. You give me a dirty car cause it was an insurance deal?

  This is a shout out for Austin ! He helped me at the counter and I’ve never experienced such an exceptional customer service at a car rental company !! This was the end of his shift and he was so patient and helpful as he helped me navigate my car issue . He even stayed a little bit past his shit without complaint and was such a lovely human to interact with . Would 100% recommend this place especially if all the workers have such great customer service !

  Much like the airlines, rental car companies overbooked terribly. That being said, enterprise acknowledged this and went far and above in their efforts to put me in a car. I booked a week ahead and had confirmation the day before I needed a car. On the morning of pickup, four hours before, I got "the" call that they had no car for me. There are many legitimate reasons for this and this is where Enterprise stepped up. Owen at the Syracuse office told me to give him an hour and he would find me something. Sure enough, 40 minutes later he called me to say that if I could delay my departure for 90 minutes he would have a vehicle ready for me. What is almost a horrible story turned positive. Thank you Owen and Enterprise! It is not a perfect business, but they do their best. I highly recommend.

  1621:Thank you for responding. However, asking me to call again does not resolve the issue. I have already contacted Enterprise multiple times by phone, email, and chat. I also responded when Enterprise asked what could be done to make the situation right, but I did not receive a meaningful follow-up. This matter has now been escalated to the Attorney General’s Office. The issue is not only that I was provided a smoke-contaminated vehicle for a cross-country rental, but also that Enterprise failed to respond properly after I made several good-faith attempts to resolve it directly. At this point, I am requesting a full refund to the original payment method. Please respond in writing so there is a clear record of communication. 1400:I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Syracuse for a cross-country trip, and the car reeked of cigarette smoke. This was not simply an unpleasant odor or minor inconvenience. Secondhand smoke residue in an enclosed vehicle creates a real health concern, especially during long-distance travel, where passengers are confined in the same space for hours. Smoke exposure can irritate the lungs, worsen asthma or respiratory conditions, trigger headaches, nausea, throat irritation, and breathing difficulty, and can be especially harmful to children, older adults, and anyone with chronic medical conditions. A rental car should be clean, safe, and reasonably free from environmental contaminants. I reported the issue, and Enterprise asked what they could do to make it right. I responded in good faith. Since then, I have received no meaningful follow-up, despite multiple emails and calls. That failure to respond is unacceptable. A customer should not be handed a smoke-filled rental car for a cross-country trip and then ignored after reporting it. At this point, because Enterprise has failed to resolve the matter, I am escalating this complaint to the New York Attorney General’s Office. Poor vehicle condition is one issue. Exposing customers to smoke residue in an enclosed vehicle and then failing to respond is another. Both reflect poorly on Enterprise’s customer service, safety standards, and accountability.
