My first and only time visiting an RV store and this place was incredible! It’s very clean, has more options than you can imagine, has a high energy fun welcoming feeling the minute you enter the building. I made an appointment with Sarah and met with Brendan Botz, and I cannot recommend him enough! From the first handshake to the end of my visit (an hour and a half) Brendan’s energy and positivity and patience didn’t falter. He was extremely helpful, was completely up front and honest and genuine with her questions and answers to me. He knows his stuff and I learned A LOT about RV’s and what owning and maintaining one actually is. I absolutely 100% would have left there yesterday with the perfect RV for me had I paid attention to the back of my suv (doesn’t have a tow hitch….yet). So if you’re looking for an RV be it huge to small, or are just curious about them and want to learn more, I highly recommend Camping World on Interstate Island Blvd and especially Brendan Botz. Thank you for everything.

Don't walk away, RUN! We bought a used 30ft travel trailer here.We did not buy the $1500.00junk package that they want you to buy with it so we got; no warranty, no walk through, no full propane tanks. I told them I could get 6.25% interest at my credit union. They said let us handle the financing, we can do better than that. They set up the loan through M&T bank at 8.9%. They told me not to pay off the loan for 6 or 7 months or they won't get their kick back from the bank. I bought a class 4 hitch from them and a brake controller. I told them I would pay cash for them. They included it in the loan. They had put self adhesive plastic sheeting over the roof vents as "part of the winterization". Upon getting it home I removed the plastic and found all 3 vents were broken. I will never set foot in a camping world as long as I live.

I had a great experience buying my first fifth wheel through Camping World (Syracuse). Our salesman Dominick was great, down to earth, with no pressure sales tactics. Trade in process of my previous camper went smooth. Our pickup date of our new camper was smooth as could be, it was well organized, Brian for the detailed walk thru, down to Keith (Finance manager) who was great to work with. Thank you!

This a "high volume" dealership as was told to me by a sales rep at their Cicero store. Went there to look at a camper that was there according to their web sight, only be told it was at the Syracuse store and they couldn't get it to Cicero, I have have to drive further away to Syracuse. A few day later I had this conversation;
Hi Matthew! This is Camping World of Syracuse
This is a reminder that your appointment is for Friday, June 5, 2026 5:00 PM
Our address is 7030 Interstate Island Rd

Finally home now from my second two hour drive to get absolutely no service at camping world Syracuse or Cicero. I was told I had a 5 o'clock appointment. Google review forthcoming, it'll be a bad one. The receptionist there only looked up from her screen once and that was to laugh at me and say I talked to the call center. They had 5 sales people and 7 customers with 5 o'clock appointments. Needless to say, I'll be spending tens of thousands of dollars on a new camper elsewhere.

We went to buy a water pump and the gentleman behind the counter was in the phone - saw the pump in my husbands hand and directed him to the back wall - which was fine
My husband found the pump and it was $139 and Wilkins had it for about $90, but they were closed, so my husband asked the gentleman if they did price matching and he very abruptly said “NOPE”, so my husband said sorry for asking him that just thought he would ask and then said, I guess I will have to put this back and go to Wilkins and the gentleman came back with - “you know where you got it” and pointed to the back wall again - so my husband put it back and we bought the pump from Wilkins for $89.13…
When we left camping world my husband, who never says boo to anyone, was so surprised by this guys behavior actually told him he was sorry he was in a bad mood from whatever reason, maybe a bad day from working late and the guy said I’m not in a bad mood, I had a good day -
If he treats people like that on a good day, I can’t imagine a bad day…
And if he had simply said “hey, we don’t do price matching here, sorry”, or something to that effect, my husband would have bought the pump - we had some personal experience things going on and were pressed for time and he would’ve laid the extra instead of making another trip to Syracuse
In any event / when I looked into it, camping world DOES price match on the item we were buying and shame on the parts person for being rude and not price matching
We have always had great experiences in the past there, but, we won’t be going back -
