  This evening my car was having battery issues and wouldn’t turn over. So I went in and was helped by Lexi. She has to be one of the best servant leaders out there. She helped me out and stayed around until my car started. I’m very grateful for Lexi and the way she served. She’s top notch!

  I would give zero stars to this store in in Fairmount, New York. I ordered a set of quite expensive parts (almost $800 with tax). To be delivered on a particular day. I called and asked if delivered. The attitute and behavior of the male store assistant (who refused to give me his name) was absolutely inappropriate, uncooperative, hostile, beyond rude, even offensive. I asked the person if my parts had been delivered by FedEx. "How should I know" was the first answer. I then asked if Fedex had already delivered for the day - - answer "I am not fedex no idea" I asked if they still expected a delivery - same answer "I am not fedex, no idea" and then "we have no control on fedex." I reminded him I did not ask if he "has control" over Fedex, but whether I can expect delivery today by Fedex (as stated on the recipt) or not. Answer: "I have no control over fedex, I have no idea." And so on. He then could not even locate my order in the system despite me giving him the order no, the part no, and the day and time of the order. He even made some very rude remarks and told me to lower my voice. The entire tone of the person was exceptionally condescending and rude, even hostile. As stated, he even refused to give his name to me even after being asked for it two times. It was the most upsetting shoping incident in many years. I used to spend a lot of money in that store - almost $800 just that last visit - but will never set foot in it again. Rude, condescending, and incredibly unprofessional.

  I don’t even mind the 5 trips in because the first 2 employees had no idea my vehicle has 3 options of brakes. It was the reminder at 8:50pm that the store may not be able to return items so late because the computers reset. That’s fine but how about a “how is your evening sir” “why are you returning all these brakes” “what can I do to help”. Customer service has left the chat. This is why people shop on Amazon. And yes I know you said Cicero has my parts, that’s over an hour round trip. Not even a “hey we can get the parts for you in the morning”. Nope, just drive out of your way for your 5th trip to auto zone. Call Advanced down the road, you will hear what customer service is. Or call me, I’ll train your entire staff for free. I’ll make the time.

  Alexis was a hero today. She is amazing! I waited in line watching her with the customers. She is incredible,happy, treating everyone special. She took my battery out and got me a new.one and had me.out the door so quick. She is such a hard worker anyone can see that in 5 min that you are there. They are so lucky to have her. I wish I owned my own business I would hire her for . That girl can do anything !!
