  I rented a vehicle from Alamo at Syracuse Hancock international. Picking up the vehicle was super easy, Peyton was a wonderful customer service person, she delivered the vehicle quickly and without any issues. The vehicle was an excellent condition, very clean on the inside, and ran very well. Returning the vehicle to the airport was super easy, we pulled into the spot, someone immediately scanned the vehicle and checked the vehicle, and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend Alamo.

  Wonderful. All the way around. Quick and easy!!! The gal I met getting off the plane was wonderful. The guy on the return was likewise. Car worked as needed. Zero complaints.

  I only gave it a 1 because I couldn’t give it a -1000! When we returned the car, I was in my return space loading the cart we rented at the airport. There were at least 15 open spaces for return. Instead of the Alamo employee driver going past me to one of the many open spots, he waited for me to start pushing my cart then accelerated towards me! When I tried to move out of his way my luggage cart turned over; He started laughing while I had to pick my stuff up and reload my cart. After reloading my cart, I headed towards the departures terminal; He went past me to make the loop to re-approach the lane I parked the return in. He started laughing at me again! This was after Alamo told me there would be an $85 charge for not refueling the minivan, yet they charged me $106!!! The few minutes it took to reload my cart was the difference between me AND MY LUGGAGE making the flight. Delta refused to check us in. Therefore, I had to rent another minivan (This time from Enterprise) and get a hotel room in Syracuse, as Delta rebooked us for today, 19 May 2026. This set us back an additional $500!
