Honestly I called three other locations and only this syosset location has the best staff ever. I called beforehand and Jason picked up he is just the sweetest and most professional person I’ve met at Mavis. He immediately helped me and told me my options after checking my car for brakes and the rotors. He heard me out when I told him about my concerns and what I wanted done. He handled everything and made sure that we were set with the right prices and had the work done in timely manner. I would always choose this location.

I found a friendly, polite, efficient crew at the Mavis store on Jericho trnpk in Syosset. I came to this location due to a recommendation from a friend who came here previously and had alot of positive things to say about his experience here. The assistant manager Tyler was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I had the same 100 % positive experience here as did my friend .
